제1도는 환자에게 폴리펩티드를 경피식으로 투여하기 위한 전자식/전해식 장치의 한형태의 횡단면도.
Claims (14)
- 환자의 혈액 스트림에 최소한 하나의 약물을 직접투여하기 위한 경피식 첩제에 있어서: a) 약 3내지 약 20펩티드 단위를 가지는 최소한 하나의 폴리펩티드, 그리고 b) 약 0.5μ a/㎠ 내지 약 1μ a/㎠의 전류밀도를 특징으로 하는 폴리펩티드의 경피식 운반을 위한 전해식(electrolytic)수단을 병용으로 포함하고, 이때 환자의 피부는 자극되지 않고 홍반으로 되지 않게 되도록된 평피식 첩제(transdermal patch).
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드를 바조프레신(vasopressin), 리프레신 (lypressin), 아트리오펩틴(atriopeptin), 옥시토신(oxytocin), 데스모프레신 (desmopressin), 디노르핀(dynorphin), 로이프로리드(leuprolide), 앙기오텐신 (angiotensin),및 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 바조프레신을 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 리프레신을 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드가 아트리오펩틴을 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해식 수단이 전지, 양극, 음극, 약물저장기 및 전극 사이에 있는 장벽수단을 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리펩티드를 위한 수용액 용매를 추가로 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 해리용 공용매를 추가로 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 해리용 공용매를 요소, 요소의 알킬유도체, 구아니딘 염, 부탄올, 2-부탄올, 3이상의 탄소원자를 가지는 수용성 아미드, 옥화나트륨 및 칼륨, 과염소산나트륨, 낙산나트륨, 그리고 부의 Setschenow 상수를 가지는 다른 염을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 환충제, 킬레이트제, 산화방지제, 방부제 및 살균제를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 최소한 하나의 화합물을 추가로 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 약물 저장기의 피부측에 반투과성막을 포함하는 경피식 첩제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 폴리펩티드가 테스토테론을 추가로 포함하는 LH-RH 유사체인 경피식 접체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 폴리펩티드가 플루타미드를 추가로 포함하는 LH-RH 유사체인 경피식 접체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전류밀도가 약 0.5ua/㎠ 내지 약 10ua/㎠인 경피식 접체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
