Claims (18)

  1. (a) 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 연성 및 응집성 매트릭스 재료에 금속섬유를 매입시키고, (b) 이러한 복합 매트릭스/섬유 다발을 최소한 두개의 물림 기어 로울러의 톱니사이로 통과시켜 섬유가 영구 권축 파형변형을 받도록하고, (c) 매트릭스 재료를 제거하는 단계로 구성되는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매 섬유를 매트릭스 재료로 피복하고 다발에서 인접 섬유로부터 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유다발을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기어 로울러에는 2 및 30mm 사이의 파장(W)과 0.2 및 7mm 사이의 곡선적 지그재그 권축을 상기 복합재료에 형성하기 위하여 평행한 회전축을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, W/A4임을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)는 하나의 지그재그변형을 다른 지그재그 변형에 중첩시키는 결과로 불규칙 권축파형을 형성하기 위하여 최소한 두개의 협동하는 쌍의 기어로울러의 닙을 통하여 복합재료를 당기므로서 행함을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 다발은 4 및 25 미크론 사이의 직경을 갖는 최대 2000개 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 매트릭스 재료는 섬유의 금속과 상이한 금속임을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속 섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 연신조작에 의하여 하나 이상의 권축 섬유 다발을 권축 스테이플 섬유 슬라이버로 처리하는 추가적인 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 최소한 하나의 권축 섬유 다발을 다른 다발과 상이한 권축형상을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 섬유다발을 권축 조작중 다른 섬유다발과 결함됨을 특징으로 하는 톱니 바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 금속섬유는 방직섬유와 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 혼합된 금속 및 방직섬유는 혼합사로 방사시킴을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속 섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 권축 스테이플 섬유슬라이버의 섬유는 분리되어 거의 완전히 개성화되어 공기 섬유 이송장치와 결합된 소면조작을 통하여 웨브로 처리되는 섬유웨브 형성장치로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 웨브는 소결됨을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 얻어진 웨브는 유체 제르니이들링에 의하여 조밀화됨을 특징으로 하는 톱니바퀴 권축 금속섬유 다발을 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제1항의 방법에 의하여 얻어지는 금속섬유 다발에 있어서, 영구 권축파형 변형은 섬유의 전체 길이에 걸쳐 동일한 평균 섬유 단면 형태를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 금속섬유 다발.
  17. 제12항의 방법에 따라 구성된 혼합사.
  18. 제13항에 방법에 따라 구성된 금속섬유웨브.
