제1도는 키틴 및 키틴 유도체의 이방성 용액의 공기-갭 방방 장치를 도식적으로 나타낸 도면이고,
제2도는 키틴 및 키틴 유도체의 이방성 용액의 공기-갭 방적용 이중 셀(cell) 장치를 도식적으로 나타낸 도면이며,
제3도는 제2도의 장치와 연결하여 사용되는 혼합판을 도식적으로 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (18)

  1. 키틴 아세테이트/포르메이트 중합체.
  2. 키틴 아세테이트/포르메이트 섬유.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 4g/den 이상의 강도 및 100g/den 이상의 모듈러스를 갖는 섬유.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 애스-스펀(as-spun) 섬유용 강도를 갖는 섬유.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 애스-스펀 강도가 5.5g/den 이상이고 애스-스펀 모듈러스가 150g/den 이상인 섬유.
  6. 키토산 아세테이트/포르메이트 중합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, ○-아세틸화도가 0.1 내지 0.5이며, 0.2 미만의 N-아세틸화도, 0.2 내지 1.0의 N-포르밀화도 및 0.5 내지 1.5의○-포르밀화도를 갖는 중합체.
  8. 키토산 아세테이트/포르메이트 섬유.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 0.05 보다 큰 ○-아세틸화도를 갖는 섬유.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 4g/den 이상의 강도 및 100g/den 이상의 모듈러스를 갖는 섬유.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 애스-스펀 섬유용 강도를 갖는 섬유.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 애스-스펀 강도가 6g/den 이상이고 애스-스펀 모듈러스가 150g/den 이상인 섬유.
  13. 4g/den 이상의 애스-스펀 강도, 100g/den 이상의 모듈러스 및 2.2 미만의 아세틸화도를 갖는 키틴 아세테이트 섬유.
  14. 키토산에 포름산, 아세트산 무수물 및 아세트산을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 키토산 아세테이트/포르메이트 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 중합체를 섬유형태로 방사함으로써 섬유가 4g/den 보다 큰 애스-스펀 강도를 갖는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  16. 산 촉매의 존재하에 포름산 및 아세트산 무수물 키틴에 가함을 포함하는 키틴 아세테이트/포르메이트 중합체를 제조하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 중합체를 섬유형태로 방사함으로써 섬유가 4g/den 보다 큰 애스-스펀 강도를 갖는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 산 촉매가 과염소산임 방법.
