표고버섯 종균을 맥아즙 배지상에서 인공적으로 대량배양한 다음 얻어진 표고균사체를 원료로 하여 이것을 5%에틸알콜로 처리함으로서, 유효성분을 가용성으로 추출하여 표고균사체 추출물을 만든 다음, 여기에 소량의 천연 표고버섯 추출물과 인삼즙 및 당류를 섞어 30분 정도 끓인후 냉각시키고 다시 필요에 따라 소량의 영양강화제등을 첨가하여 감미 방향성 음료로 제조함을 특징으로 한 표고균사체의 인공배양과 음료화 방법.By artificially cultivating shiitake mushroom seedlings in a wort medium artificially, the obtained shiitake mycelium is used as a raw material and treated with 5% ethyl alcohol to extract the active ingredient in a soluble form to make shiitake mycelium extract.
