Claims (13)
- 적합한 담체와 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 피로아인산 염을 살균제 유효량 만큼 함유하는, 식물을 보호하기 위한 조성물.상기 식에서, X+은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 아연, 망간, 구리 및 NH4로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 등가의 양이온이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디리튬 피로포스파이트를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에있어서, 디나트륨 피로포스파이트를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 함유하는 종자 드레싱 조성물.
- 제4항에서 청구된 조성물로 드레싱된 종자.
- 80°내지 280℃에서, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아인산 염을 현탁액중에서 탈수시키고, 또 적당한 방법으로 이 반응중에 생성된 물을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피로아인산 염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, X+은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 아연, 망간, 구리 및 NH4로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 등가의 양이온이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 반응중에 생성된 물이 공비 증류에 의해 반응 혼합물로부터 제거되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 9개의 이상의 탄소워자를 함유하는 고 비점의 탄화수소, 고 비점의 할로겐화 탄화수소 또는 고 비점의 에스테르가 공비 증류용으로 사용되는 방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피로아인산 염 :상기식에서, X+은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 아연, 망간, 구리 및 NH4로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 등가의 양이온이다.
- 디나트륨 피로포스파이트 및 디리튬 피로포스파이트.
- 99%이상의 순도를 갖는 디나트륨 피로포스파이트 및 디리튬 피로포스파이트.
- 제6항, 제7항 또는 제8항중 어느 하나에서 청구된 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있는, 제9항, 제10항 또는 제11항의 어느 하나에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피로아인산 염.
- 식물 또는 그의 소재지에 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피로아인산 염을 살균제 유효량만큼 투여하는 것을 포함하는, 식물 병원성 미생물을 방제하거나 또는 이들 미생물에 의한 침해로부터 식물을 보호하기 위한 방법.상기 식에서, X+ 1은 나트륨, 칼륨, 리튬, 베릴륨, 마그네슘, 알루미늄, 아연, 망간, 구리 및 NH4로 구성된 군으로부터 선정된 등가의 양이온이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
