Claims (15)

  1. 원하는 진단액을 정확히 측정하기 위한 진단 기구에서 사용하는 분배 시스템에 있어서, 용적을 한정하면서, 진단액을 받아들이도록 개조된 제1 개구와 구멍을 한정하는 제2 개구를 구비하는 분사실과, 분사실과 기계적인 전달관계에 있으며, 선택된 전기 펄스에 응답하여 분사실의 용적을 교대로 확장하고 축소시키도록 작용하여 이에 의해 분사실이 구멍을 통하여 실제로 균일한 크기의 진단액의 물방울을 방출하게하는 변환기 및, 원하는 양의 진단액을 분배되게 하기에 충분한 다수의 전기 펄스를 발생하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은, 부가적인 진단액과 액체 전달관계에 있는 적어도 하나의 부가적인 분사실과, 부가적인 분사실과 기계적 전달관계에 있는 적어도 하나의 부가적인 변환기와, 전기 펄스를 부갖거인 변환기로 인가하기 위한 적어도 하나의 부가적인 수단과, 정확한 양의 진단액을 원하는 용적비로 분배되게 하기에 충분한 각각의 전기 펄스를 발생하는 수단 및, 액체를 수용하도록 개조되어 배치된 리셉터클을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시스템은, (1) 리셉터클 및 (2) 원하는 양의 액체가 예정된 분배 순서로 리셉터클내로 분배되는 그러한 방출된 진단액 및 방출된 부가적인 진단액중의 적어도 하나를 지시하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 진단액체중의 하나는 혈청이며 분사실은 다른 진단 액체가 혈청과 접촉 및 혼합되는 방법으로 방출되도록 그렇게 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 분사실은 원통형 관을 구비하며 변환기는 원통형과 둘레에 동심적으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분사실은 원추형 형태로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 분사실은 변환기와 함께 일체로 이루어 형성된 적어도 하나의 분사실 벽을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 변환기는 (1)압전변환기, (2)자성 변환기, (3)전기성 변환기 및 (4)전기-기계적 변환기중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 분사실은 원추형이며 변환기는 디스크 형태로서 원추형 분사실의 베이스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구멍은 단부면을 구비하며 그 단부면은 친수성 중합체로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  11. 제11항에 있어서, 변환기는 원통형으로서 실린더의 내부벽에 위치한 제1 전극을 구비하며 실린더의 한 단부 주변을 감싸고 있으며, 제2 전극은 대체로 실린더의 외부벽에 배치되고 제1 전극과 전기적으로 절연되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 발생수단은 선택된 상승 및 하강 시상수의 전기 펄스 및 선택된 지속기간, 전압 및 극성의 전기 펄스를 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기 펄스 발생수단은 선택가능한 디지탈 값에 응답하여 펄스의 전압을 개산(scale)하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치는 방출된 진단액을 희망된 경로를 따라 지향시키는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배 시스템.
  15. 정확한 양의 진단액을 분배하는 방법에 있어서, (1) 선정된 특징으로 전기 펄스를 발생하는 단계와, (2) 공지된 용적의 액체를 물방울이 분사실에 있는 구멍을 통해 추진되도록 전기 펄스에 응답하여 전기-기계적 수단에 의해 진단액을 담고 있는 분사실의 용적을 감소시키는 단계 및 (3) 원하는 양의 진단액이 분배되어질 때까지 상기 단계(1)과 (2)를 반복하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진단액 분배방법.
