Claims (17)

  1. 형재의 내부 및 외부와 기본적인 플루오르의 반웅에 의해 형성되는 플루오르화된 내면 및 외면을 갖는 튜브형 압출 형재를 포함하는 압출 플라스틱 형재를 준비하는 방법에 있어서, 기본적인 플루오프를 함유하는 반응가스와 플루오르이 반응이 성형 중 요구되는 벽 온도 또는 그보다 단지 약간 낮은 온도를 허용하는 가열된 적어도 부분적으로 반고체인 플라스틱 상에서 상응하는 다이에 의해 형재의 형성 중 또는 그 직후에 작용의 제한된 대역내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 형재가 노즐과 토피도 형태인 다이내에서 형성된 후 사이징되는 튜브형 형재의 압출에 적용되는 방법으로서, 반응가스가 토피도내 보어를 통해 형재의 내부로 송출되며, 또는 그 속에서 작용의 제한된 대역이 형성되는 노즐외 내벽의 지역내 소위 넥 대역내 형재의 외벽에 도달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 반응가스가 그 속에서 작용의 제한된 대역이 형성되는 코퍼도의 외벽의 지역내 튜브의 내벽에 도달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 형재가 노즐과 토피도 형태인 다이내에서 형성된 후 사이징되는 튜브형 형재의 압출에 적용되는 방법으로서, 반응가스가 사이징 수단에 이어지는 반응 챔버내 또는 사이징수단과 다이 사이의 반응 챔버내에서 형재의 외면에 피드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 가열된 실린더 및/또는 토피드에 의해 압출 오오토글레이브로 압축 소결함으로써 튜브형 형재를 포함하는 압출 형재의 제조에 적용되는 방법으로서, 반응가스가 토비드의 판부 및/또는 압출 오오토클레이넌의 원통형 내벽의 가열할 수 있는 지역의 토피드 보어를 통해 나오는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서. 대부분의 방응가스가 질소와 같은 불활성가스, 노블가스 또는 그 혼합물이며, 그것에 의해 예를 들어 산소, 염소, 브롬, 이산화황. 삼산화황, 일산화탄소 또는 이산화탄소 같은 추가적인 가스가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 반응가스가 5 내지 40중량 퍼센트의 플루오르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 반응가스가 도달되는 형재의 포면 온도가 50 내지 30℃굴의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 반응 중의 반응가스의 압력이 50밀리바아와 4 바아 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서, 플루오르화된 형재가 플루오르화 후 전자로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 .
  11. 형재가 노즐 및 토피도의 형태인 다이에서 형성된 후 사이징되는 튜브형 형재의 압출에 적용되는 형재의 내부 및/또는 외부와 기본적인 풀루오르의 반응에 의해 형성되는 풀루오르화된 내면 및/또는 외면을 갖는 튜브형 형재를 포함하는 압출 플라스틱 형재를 제조하기 위한 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 반응가스가 토피도(6)에 있는 가스피드통로(9)와 필요에 따라 추가적인 가스피드통로를 통해 튜브(35)의 내부로 피드될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 토피도(6)이 압출된 형재를 향하는 그 외면의 일부상에 슬리블형 소결필터 (11)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 사이징 수단을 수반하는 압출다이를 갖는 통상적인 압출기를 포함하는 장치로서, 다이의 소위 넥 대역(13)의 지역에 가스 침투성 슬리브형 소결필터(10)이 튜브형 형재(35)의 외벽에의 반응가스의 통과 및 접근을 위해 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  14. 사이징 수단을 수반하는 압출 다이를 갖는 통상적인 압출기를 포함하는, 제 4항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 튜브형 형재(35)를 외적으로 둘러싸는 처리탬버(14)가 다이와 사이징 수단 사이 또는 사이징 수단 다음에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치 .
  15. 토피도, 토피도 지지체 및 가열성 실린더를 갖는 압출 오오토클레이브를 포함하는, 제 4항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 반응가스가 토피도 지지체(34)내 처리가스 피덕트(32)를 통해 피드될 수 있으며 토피드의 단부면에 위치한 마우드를 통해 나가는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 압출 오오토클레이브를 포함하며, 노즐의 출구 오리피스(25) 직전의, 토피도(25)와 가열성 실린더(24)에 의해 형성된 환상 간극의 지역에 슬리브형 소결필터(30,31)이 장착되며, 반응가스로 피드될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
