Claims (10)

  1. 에밀션에서 물이 연속상을 이루며 오일이 물에 분산된 오일방울의 형으로 불연속상을 이루고, 변형된 중합체는, 대부분이 단일올레핀성불포화 카르복실산 단량체 또는 3 내지 6 탄소원자를 가진 그의 무수물이고 적은 부분이 긴 사슬 아크릴레이트 에스테르 단량체인 공중합체이며, 에멀션은 전해질과 접촉할 때 빨리 분해되는 특성을 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 물, 오일, 및 변형중합체로 이루어지는, 저장시 안정하고 빨리 분해되는 수중 오일메멀션 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산 단량체 또는 그의 무수물이 90 내지 98중량퍼센트이고 에스테르단량체의 양이 10 내지 2중량퍼센트임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단량체가 다음 :
    (상기 식에서 R은 수소, 할로겐, 히드록실, 락톤, ,락탐, 및 시아노겐(-C=N)기, 및 일원자가 알킬, 아릴, 아라알킬, 알카릴, 그리고 시클로지방족기로부터 선택됨 )으로 정의되고, 에스테르 단량체가 다음 :
    (상기 식에서 R'은 수소, 메틸 및 에틸기로부터 선택되고 R2는 8 내지 30 탄소원자의 알킬기로부터 선택 됨.)로 정의되어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 산 단량체가 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되어지고; 에스테르 단량체가, R1이 수소 및 메틸기로부터 선택되어지고 R2가 10 내지 22 탄소원자의 알킬기로부터 선택되어지는 아크릴레이트 에스테르로부터 선택되어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 오일, 변형된 중합테, 및 물의 합쳐진 양에 근거하여, 오일의 양이 0.5 내지 50부, 변형된 중합체의 양이 0.1 내지 1부, 그리고 물의 양이 합쳐서 100중량부는 양임을 특징으로 하는, pH가 4-6이고 상기한 변형중합제 이외의 어떤 계면활성제도 갖지 않는 조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 중량부로 주어진 다음 성분 : 미네라오일 2 내지 25, 변형중합체 0.1내지 0.5, 중화제 0.05 내지 1.0, 물 전체 100중량부되는 적정량을 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 아래 조성물이 미네랄오일, 또는 실리콘오일, 또는 미네랄 및 실리콘오일의 혼합물의 적어도 2중량부를 함유하기만 한다면, pH 약 6이하에서 적절하며 중량부로 주어진 다음 성분 : 미네랄오일 0 내지 30, 실리콘오일 0 내지 30, 변형된 중합체 0.1 내지 0.5, 중화제 0.05 내지 1.0, 물 전체 100중량부되는 적정양을 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제2항에 있어서 pH 약 6이하에서 적절하며 중량부로 주어진 다음 성분 : 미네랄주정 10 내지 40, 변형된 중합체 0.1 내지 1.0, 중화제 0.05 내지 2.5, 친수성계면활성제 0.5 내지 5, 물 전체 100중량부되는 적정량을 함유하는 조성물.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 약 20℃의 pH 약 6이하에서 적어도 1년동안 안정하게 저장되며 중량부로 주어진 다음 성분 : 미네랄오일 2 내지 35, 변형된 중합체 0.1 내지 0.5, 중화제 0.05 내지 1.0, 햇빛타기방지제 0.5 재지 20, 물 전체 100중량부되는 적정량을 함유하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서. 또한 공중합체에 대부분 아크릴산 메타아르릴산의 저급의 에스테르 및 그런 에스테르의 혼합물로 중합된 공중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
