Claims (16)

  1. 물,적어도 하나의 유기 용매, 적어도 하나의 알카리성 제제, 적어도 하나의 착화제 및 적어도 하나의 계면활성제의 혼합물로 이루어지며, 계면활성제는 음이온성 구조를 가지고, 추가로 적어도 하나의 유화제 및 적어도 하나의 n-알카노산 및/또는 이의 염 및 적어도 하나의 완충물질이 혼합물중에 존재하는, 기판상에 위치한 노출된 네가티브-작용성 복사층을 현상하기 위한 현상액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n-알카노산 및/또는 이의 염의 탄소수가 8내지 12인 현상액.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 혼합물중 n-알카노산 및/또는 이의 염의 함량이 1.0내지 7.0중량%, 바람직하게는 1.5내지 6.0중량%인 현상액.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물중 착화제의 함량이 0.5내지 9.0중량%, 바람직하게는 1.0내지 4.0중량%인 현상액.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물중 음이온성 계면활성제의 함량이 0.2내지 12.0중량%, 바람직하게는 1.0 내지 8.0중량%인 현상액.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물중 유화제의 함량이 0.5 내지 10.0중량%, 바람직하게는 1.0내지 6.0중량%인 현상액.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물중 유기 용매의 함량이 0.5내지 13.0중량%, 바람직하게는 1.0내지 8.0중량%인 현상액.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물중 완충물질의 함량이 0.5내지 20.0중량%, 바람직하게는 1.0내지 10.0중량%인 현상액.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서 n-알카노산 및/또는 이의 염이 카프릴산, 펠라르곤산, 카프르산 및 라우르산으로부터 선택되는 현상액.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 착화제가 폴리포스페이트, 바람직하게는 메타포스페이트, 니트릴로트리아세트산 및 에틸렌디아민테트라아세트산의 알칼리금속염으로부터 선택되는 현상액.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 음이온성 계면활성제가 알칼리, 바람직하게는 나트륨 옥틸 설페이트, 도데실설폰산의 알칼리 염, 바람직하게는 나트륨 염, 알킬페놀 에테르 설페이트, 알칼리, 바람직하게는 나트륨 설포숙시네이트, 알킬 에테르 포스페이트, 알칼리, 바람직하게는 나트륨올레산 메틸 타우라이드 및 축합된 나프탈렌설포네이트로부터 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 유기 용매가 벤질 알콜, 페녹시에탄올,1-페닐에탄올, 2-페닐에탄올 및 프로필렌 글리콜 모노메틸 에테르로부터 선택되는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 유화제가 폴리-N-비닐-N-메틸아세트아미드, N-비닐-N-메틸아세트아미드의 수용성 공중합체, 폴리비닐 알콜, 덱스트로즈,아라비아 검, 및 셀룰로오즈 에테르, 바람직하게는 카복시메틸셀룰로오즈로부터 선택되는 현상액.
  14. 제1항내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 완충물질이 카보네이트, 포스페이트, 보레이트, 글리신의 알칼리 금속염 및 아민, 바림직하게는 디에탄올아민 및 트리에탄올아민으로부터 선택되는 현상액.
  15. 기판에 디아조늄염을 함유하는 네가티브-작용성 층을 피복하고, 이미지가 형성되도록 층을 노출시킨다음, 물, 적어도 하나의 유기 용매, 적어도 하나의 알칼리성 제제, 적어도 하나의 착화제 및 적어도 하나의 계면활성제로 이루어진 현상액으로 층을 처리하여 인쇄형을 제조함에 있어서, 처리 전 또는 처리 도중에 적어도 하나의 음이온성 계면활성제, 적어도 하나의 유화제, 적어도 하나의 n-알카노산 및/또는 이의 염 및 적어도 하나의 완충물질을 현상액에 가하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 제2항 내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 현상액으로 처리하는 방법.
