Claims (3)
- 한 외퍼내에 포함된 액정층을 갖는 강유전성 액정 셀이 제공되며, 이와 같이 준비된 액정층의 평행한 분자배열의 촉진을 위해 액정층의 두 주표면중 적어도 하나가 가요성의 측쇄를 갖는 분자구조의 관련된 중합체층과 접하여 있음을 특징으로 하는 강 유전성 액정 셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 중합체 층 재료 액정 중합체임을 특징으로 하는 강 유전성 액정 셀.
- 제2항에 있어서, 액정층의 한 주표면이 가용성 측쇄를 갖는 전술한 분자구조의 중합체층과 접하여 있고, 다른 주표면이 적어도 이들 분자가 경사지지 않는 액정단계에서 존재하는 때 연마 방향으로 액정층 분자의 평면배열을 촉진시키기 위해 연마되어온 중합체층과 접하여 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 강 유전성 액정 셀.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
