제2도는 강유전성 액정 분자의 경사각의 설명도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 투명한 전극 및 전극상에 형성된 배향 조절필름을 각각 갖는 한쌍의 기판 및 필름과 접촉된 기판 사이에 삽입된 강유전성 액정을 함유하는 것으로서 상기 배향 조절 필름이 마찰 처리에 의해 처리되었고, 네마틱 액정에 기판 표면에 대해 10°이상의 예비 경사각을 제공할 수 있는 유기 중합체 필름인 강유전성 액정 필름 소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 중합체 필름이 폴리이미드 수지 필름인 강유전성 액정 소자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유지 중합체 필름이 네마틱 액정에 15 내지 30°의 예비 경사각을 제공할 수 있는 강유전성 액정 소자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배향 조절 필름이 100 내지 5,000Å의 두께를 갖는 강유전성 액정소자.
