Claims (8)
- 정면 밀링커터를 사용하여 캠버각을 유지하며 가공물 표면을 풀링절삭 및 푸싱절삭하는 데 있어서, 상기 풀링절삭 및 푸싱절삭 중에 공히 가공될 표면의 수직선에 대하여 일정한 캠버각을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 또는 곡면을 갖는 가공물을 절삭키 위한 밀링방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절삭날의 양태(geometry)가 가공될 표면의 수식선에 대하여 대체로 대칭형태의 내측 및 외측 절삭날부를 갖고 있는 공구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 푸싱절삭 중에 밀링커터의 면의 상부가 절삭을 하지 않을 정도로 캠버각이 큰 정면 밀링커터로 표면을 가공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 푸싱절삭으로 표면을 가공할 때 밀링커터면의 상부도 절삭을 하며 그에 따라 가공될 표면의 스텝밀링을 유발할 정도로 밀링커터의 캠버각을 작게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 터어빈 깃을 밀링할 때 밀링 커터의 2운동방향을 터어빈 깃의 종방향으로 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 재-진입 모서리의 밀링시 밀링커터의 캠버각(r)을 이송방향에 직각으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀링방법.
- 내측 및 외측 절삭날부의 절삭날의 양태가, 밀링용으로 사용되는 절삭날부의 2등분각이 밀링커터의 회전축에 대하여 대략 캠버각(r)에 부합되는 각만큼 경사지는 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는것을 풀링절삭 및 푸싱절삭으로 가공물을 절삭키 위한 정면 밀링커터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 절삭날이, 내측 및 외측 절삭날부가 밀링면에 대하여 돌출되어 가공될 표면의 수직선에 대하여 대칭되는 절삭날부를 사용하는 것이 가능한 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 정면 밀링커터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
