제1도는 본 발명에 의거하면 스펀본드 부직포를 제조하기 위한 기계장치의 예에 대한 투시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 의거해서 스펀보드 부직포를 제조하기 위해 사용된 크레이프 가공기의 단면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 이용될 수 있는 크레이프 가공기의 또다른 예의 사시도.
제4도는 횡축방향의 유연도와 경사배향계수간의 관계를 예시하는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)

  1. (A) 0.5-3데니어의 섬도를 갖는 연속 폴리오레핀섬유로 구성되어지고, (B) 15g/㎡-30g/㎡사이의 단위중량을 갖으며, (C) 2.5g이하의(SMD와 STD는 각각 handle-O-meter로 측정되어진 기계방향 및 횡축방향에서의 유연도이다)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오레핀 스펀본드 부직포.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부직포는 기계방향으로 4kg/5cm폭 이상의 최대인장강도를 갖고, 횡축방향으로 0.5kg/5cm폭 이상의 최대인장강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오레핀 스펀본드 부직포.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리오레핀은 가령 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 3-메틸-1-부텐, 3-메틸-1-펜텐, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-헵텐, 1-헥산, 1-옥텐, 또는 1-데켄과 같은 α-오레핀의 공중합체의 중합체, 그리고 위에서 서술된 α-오레핀의 어떠한 공중합체와 말레인산 또는 네딕산의 불포화카복실산, 또는 무수물(anhydride)과 같은 불포화 카복실산계의 어떤 에스터, 위에서 서술된 물질들의 혼합물 그리고, 다른 소량의 중합체와 혼합되어져 얻어진 폴리오레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오레핀 스펀본드 부직포.
  4. 3.0이상의 경사배향계수(기계방향의 최대인장강도와 횡축방향의 최대인장강도)와 29g/㎠이하의 단위중량을 갖으며, 상기 기계방향으로 0.5-3데니어의 섬도를 갖는 폴리오레핀연속사의 축을 배향함으로써 만들어진 직물에 기계방향으로 전파된 파형크레이프를 적용함으로써 상기 부직포에 부과된 최종단위중량 30g/㎡이하를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오레핀 스펀본드 부직포.
  5. 고정된 방향으로 폴리오레핀 연속사를 조정하고, 3.0이상의 경사배향계수(상기 연속사가 유입되어지는 방향 즉, 기계방향의 최대인장강도와 횡축방향의 최대인장강도)를 갖는 부직포를 만들기 위해 상기 연속사가 유입되어진 방향으로 연속사의 축을 배향시키고 그 다음으로 직물을 크레이프가공함으로써 상기 기계방향으로 전파된 파형의 크레이프를 상기 직물에 적용하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오레핀 부직포의 스트립 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 노즐로부터 움직이는 표면위에 분출되어지고, 상기 움직이는 표면이 이동되어지는 방향 즉, 상기 연속사가 유입되는 방향으로 상기 폴리오레핀 연속사의 축을 배향시킴으로써 만들어진 폴리오레핀 연속사를 한데 집적시킴으로써 3.0이상의 경사배향계수를 갖는 부직포를 만들고, 로울로 상기 부직포를 받아들이면서 그 직물이 상기 로울위에서 움직여질 때 압축기로 압축함으로써 부직포를 크레이프가공하는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리오레핀 부직포의 스트립 제조방법.
  7. 부드러운 부직포가 돌고 있는 표면위에서 움직여지고 있는 부직포의 표면을 압축기로 압축시켜 만들어질 때 압축기와 접촉하며, 그 접촉부분에 거꾸로 놓여진 상기 부직포의 한 부분위에 윤활제를 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제가 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 도포된 윤활제의 양은 0.1-1g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
