Claims (9)

  1. (i)글리시딜계 에폭시수지, (ii)폴리아민 경화제를 개질제, 아민경화제 및 그의 혼합물로 개질하여 각각 제조하는 개질 폴리아민 경화제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 제1경화제, (iii)폴리아미드 경화제로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 제2경화제, (iv)충전제 및 (v)물로 구성되는 혼합물을 강렬하게 교반하여 에멀젼 슬러리를 제조하고, 상기 슬러리를 불투수성 주형에 주입하고, 함수상태의 상기 슬러리를 경화하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아민 경화제가 분자당 적어도 하나의 제1아민기를 각각 갖는 제1아민 경화제이거나, 또는 분자당 적어도 하나의 제2아민기를 각각 가지며 제1아민기는 갖고 있지 않은 제2아민경화제인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질제가 분자당 적어도 하나의 에폭시환을 갖는 에폭시화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질제가 아크릴로 니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질제가 페놀과 포름알데히드의 혼합물이며, 상기 개질 폴리아민 경화제 각각이 만니찌형 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아민경화제가 분자당 적어도 하나의 제1아민기를 각각 갖는 제1아민경화제이거나, 또는 분자당 적어도 하나의 제2아민기를 각각 가지며 제1아민기는 갖고 있지 않는 제2아민경화제이거나, 또는 분자당 적어도 제3아민기를 각각 가지며 제1 및 제2아민기는 갖고 있지 않은 제3아민경화제인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 경화제 각각이 (i)(a)모노머지방산과 식 H2N-(CH2-CH2-NH)n-H(여기서 "n"은 3 내지 5)으로 나타난 에틸렌아민과의 반응으로 얻어진 아미드화합물, 및(b)중합지방산과 상기 에틸렌 아민과의 반응으로 얻어진 중합지방산 폴리아미드의 혼합물이나, 또는 (ii) 상기 모노머지방산, 상기 중합지방산 및 상기 에틸렌아민의 반응을 혼합하여 얻어진 반응혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 개질폴리아민 경화제와 아민경화제의 합 대 폴리아미드 경화제의 혼합비가 100중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 100중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에멀젼 슬러리를 다시 형성하는 상기 혼합물이 반응성 희석제, 경화촉진제 및또는 그의 혼합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속기공 다공체의 제조방법.
