제1도는 금속성 기재와 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 기재에 접착된 본 발명의 다층 피복물을 도시한 것이고,
제2도는 금속성 외장에 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 재킷용 수지를 접착시키기 위해 본 발명의 다층 접착성 구조물을 이용하는 케이블 구성을 설명하는 도면이다.

Claims (11)

1)에틸렌과 약 20중량% 이하의 하나 이상의 공중합성 카복시를 함유하는 공단량체와의 공중합체의 금속 접착층, 2) i)10 내지 40 중량%의 중합된 비닐 아세테이트를 함유하는 에틸렌과 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체, ii)5 내지 20중량%의 에틸 아크릴레이트를 함유하는 에틸렌과 에틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체 및 iii)5 내지 20중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 에틸렌과 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체로 부터 선택되는 중간층, 및 3)에틸렌과 일산화탄소(여기에서 일산화탄소는 2 내지 20중량%의 중합된 일산화탄소를 포함한다), 및 임의로 하나 이사이의 공중합성 에틸렌성 불포화 카복시 치환 공단량제(삼원 공중합체인 경우)와의 중합체의 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 접착층으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 금속 기재와 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 수지 사이에 제공되는 다층 접착성 필름.
제1항에 있어서, 금속 접착층이 추가로 약 10중량% 이하의 디카복실산 무수물의 반응 생성물을 함유하는 필름.
제1항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 접착층이 1 내지 10중량%의 중합된 아크릴산 아세테이트 및 5 내지 20중량%의 일산화탄소를 함유하는 에틸렌-아크릴산-일산화탄소 삼원공중합체, 및 10 내지 35중량%의 중합된 비닐 아세테이트 및 2 내지 15중량%의 일산화탄소(여기서, 일산화탄소는 2 내지 20중량%의 중합된 일산화탄소를 포함한다)를 함유하는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트-일산화탄소 삼원공중합체로 이루어지는 필름.
제1항에 있어서, 비닐 클로라이드 접착 삼원 공중합체를 5 내지 20중량%의 다른 폴리올레핀 중합체와 혼합한 필름.
제1항에 있어서, 중간 공중합체 층을 0.05 내지 10중량%의 무수물을 함유하는 디카복실산 무수물의 반응 생성물에 의해 변형시킨 필름.
제5항에 있어서, 반응성 디카복실산 무수물을 말레산, 숙신산, 및 프탈산 무수물로 부터 선택하는 필름.
제1항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 중간층을 올레핀 중합체와 혼합한 필름.
비닐 클로라이드 중합체 수지의 외부 재킷; 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 접착층, 중간층, 및 금속 접착층으로 이루어진 다층 접착층 필름; 금속성 차폐물; 및 전도체 조립품으로 이루어지고, 여기에서 금속성 차폐물(shield)은 전도체 조립품 주위 둘레에 감겨있으며, 다층 접착성 필름에 의해 재킷에 접착됨을 특징으로 하는, 향상된 내화성을 갖는 통신용 케이블.
제8항에 있어서, 금속 접착층은 에틸렌과 약 20중량% 이하의 하나 이상의 공중합성 카복시를 함유하는 공단량체와의 공중합체로 이루어지고; 중간층은 i)10 내지 40중량%의 중합된 비닐 아세테이트를 함유하는 에틸렌과 비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체, ii)5 내지 20중량%의 에틸 아크릴레이트를 함유하는 에틸렌과 에틸 아크릴레이트의 공중합체 및 iii)5 내지 20중량%의 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 에틸렌과 메틸 메타크릴레이트의 공중합체로 부터 선택되며, 비닐 클로라이드 중합체 접착층은 에틸레노가 일산화탄소(여기에서 일산화탄소는 2 내지 20중량%의 중합된 일산화탄소를 포함한다), 및 임의로 하나 이상의 공중합성 에틸렌성 불포화 카복시 치환 공단량체(삼원공중합체인 경우)의 중합체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 금속성 차폐물과 전도체 조립품 사이에 배치된 물 흡수층을 포함하는 케이블.
제10항에 있어서, 물 흡수층이 아크릴아미드의 중합체로 이루어진 케이블.
