Claims (1)

  1. 저알칼리 유리의 유리기판(30)에 칩홈(32)을 형성하고, 공지와 같이 하부전극(33) 및 하부절연층(34), 형광층(35), 상부절연층(36), 상부전극(37), 판넬리이드(38)를 순차적으로 형성한 후, 상기 칩흡(32)내에 칩흠(32)의 저면과 일정간격을 유지하면서 칩(31)을 에폭시수지(39)로 부착시켜 동일 수평면상에 위치하는 칩(31)의 A1 전극(31')과 상기 판넬리이드(38)를 A1 또는 AU세선(40)으로 연결하고, 세선(40)의 상부 및 유리기판(30)의 가장자리에 유리재질의 스페이서(42)(42')를 광경화성수지(41)로 부착시켜 상부에 광경화성수지(43)로 백유리기판(44)을 부착하며, 배기구(44')(44'')로 동시에 배기시켜 칩(31)의 상부를 진공상태로 함과 아울러 배기구(44')로 공지와 같이 방습절연유(45)를 주입하여 판넬을 형성하며, 노출된 스페이서(42')에는 에폭시 수지(47)를 코팅하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 평면표시소자의 제조방법.
