Claims (14)

1개 이상의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 부식 방지제로서 함유하는 코우팅 물질:
상기 식에서, R은 상호 독립적으로 수소, C1-C12알킬, C1-C4할로게노알킬, C1-C12알콕시, C1-C12알킬티오, 페닐리오, 벤질티오, C1-C12알킬슐포닐, 페닐, C7-C15알킬페닐, C7-C10페닐알킬, C5-C8시클로알킬, 할로겐, -NO2, -CN, -COOH, -COO(C1-C4알킬), -OH, -NG2, -NHR6, -N(R6)2, -CONH2, -CONHR6또는 -CON(R6)2;R1은 수소; C1-C12알킬 ; 페닐 ; 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 -NO2에 의해 치환된 페닐 ; 피리딜 ; 티엔일 또는 푸릴 ; R2는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬 ; R3및 R4가 상호 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알콕시, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C20알킬, -(CH2)m-COOR7, -(CH2)m-CONHR6, -(CH2)m-CON(R6) (여기서, m은 0, 1 또는 2임), C3-C20알켄일, C7-C10페닐알킬, 페닐, 시클로헥실, 시클로펜틸 또는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 기이고 :
R5는 수소, C1-C20알킬, C3-C20알켄일 또는 히드록시이거나, 또는 R3및 R5가 함께, 또는 R4및 R5가 함께, 페놀 잔기에 융합된 고리를 형성하고, 이 고리는 카르보시클릭 고리 또는 헤테로시클릭 고리가 될 수 있으며, 또한 헤테로 원자로서 산소, 질소 또는 유황을 함유할 수 있고, R6은 C1-C12알킬 ; 1개 또는 그 이상의 0원자가 도입된 C3-C12알킬 ; C5-C8시클로알킬 ; 벤질 ; 페닐 ; 또는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 페닐이거나 ; 또는 -N(R6)2가 피롤리디노 피페리디노 또는 모르폴리노기이고, 또한 R7은 할로겐이나 히드록시에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C1-C20알킬, 또는 1개 또는 그 이상의 산소 원자가 도입되고, 또한 히드록시에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C3-C20알킬이다.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 1개 R이 수소, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 니트로이고, 나머지 3개 R은 수소인 코우팅 물질.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 R1이 수소, C1-C8알킬, 페닐 또는 푸릴이고, 또한 R2가 수소인 코우팅 물질.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 R1및 R2가 수소인 코우팅 물질.
제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)중의 R3및 R4가 상호 독립적으로 수소, C1-C8알킬, 알릴, C7-C10페닐알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 할로겐, 페닐 또는 시클로 헥실이고, 또한 R5가 수소, C1-C18알킬 또는 C3-C18알켄일인 코우팅 물질.
제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 합유하는 코우팅 물질 :
상기 식에서, R은 수소 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 염소, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 니트로이고 ; R3및 R4는 상호 독립적으로 C1-C8알킬, C7-C10페닐알킬, 페닐 또는 시클로헥실이며 ; 또한 R5는 H, 또는 CH3이다.
제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅳ) 또는 (Ⅳa)의 화합물을 함유하는 코우팅 물질 :
상기 식에서, R은 수소 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 염소, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 니트로이고 ; R3및 R4는 상호 독립적으로 수소, C1-C8알킬, C7-C10페닐알킬, 페닐시클로헥실 또는 하기 일반식(Ⅱa)의 기이며 ;
또한
R5는 수소, C1-C18알킬 또는 C3-C18알켄일이다.
제1항에 있어서, 알키드, 알크릴릭, 멜라민, 폴리우레탄, 에폭사이드 또는 폴리에스테르 수지 또는 이러한 수지의 혼합물을 기재로 하는 코우팅 물질.
제1항에 있어서, 방향성 에폭사이드 수지를 기재로 하는 코우팅 물질.
제1항에 있어서, 금속성 기재용 시발체로서의 코우팅 물질.
철, 강철, 구리, 아연 또는 알루미늄 기재를 위한 제9항에 따르는 시발체.
제1항에 있어서, 수성 페인트 시스템용 코우팅 물질.
제11항에 있어서, 음극 엘렉트로-디프 코우팅 물질인 코우팅 물질.
제12항에 있어서, 부식 방지제로서 1개 이상의 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 페인트의 고체 함량 기준으로 0.5 내지 5중량% 만큼 함유하는 코우팅 물질.
