제 1도는 여러가지의 실리카졸중의 실리카 입자의 평균입경 (D)과 탁도τ(cm-1)와의 관계를 나타낸 도면이고,
제 2도는 상기 평균입경 (D)과, 점도η(cp)와의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 탁도 및 점도가 각각 하기식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저탁도 및 저점도의 실리카졸.
    (1)logτ0.55D1/2-3.10 (2)η25.80/(D-1.09)+1.74 τ:SiO2농도 3중량%일때의 탁도(cm°d-1) η:SiO2농도 30중량%, 25℃일때의 점도(cp) D:시리카졸중의 실리카 입자의 평균입경(mu).
  2. 하기(a)공정 및 (b)공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카졸의 제조방법 : (a)규산 알카리 수용액 및/또는 알카리 수용액과, 산성 규산액을 혼합하고, 혼합액의 SiO2/M2O(M은 알카리금속)의 몰비틀 2.8~10으로 조정한 후 , 60℃ 이상의 온도에서 숙성시켜 시이드 액을 조제하는 공정, (b) 상기와 같이 하여 얻어진 시이드 액을 60℃이상에서 유지시키면서 산성규산액을 하기의 속도식 이하의 속도로 첨가하는 공정.
