Claims (9)
- 직통 구동부 내의 중간 유성치차 변속기 및 그의 유성치차 반송기에 계합될 수 있는 제동 장치를 갖고 있고, 직통구동에 대한 기어비는 1:1을 약간 벗어나도록하되 제동 장치에 대한 기어 비는 독일연방공화국 특허 제PS35 07 490호에 따라 상당히 높게한, 자동차의 전방차축 및 후방차축의 동력 전달열 내의 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템에 있어서, 유성치차 변속기가 구동축(6)에 대해 비틀림식으로 고정된 입력 링기어(8), 상기 입력 링기어의 치수와는 약간 다른 수의 치를 갖고 있고 상기 입력 링기어(8)과 동축으로 그 다음에 순차적으로 위치하며 출력축(13)에 대해 비틀림식으로 고정된 출력 링기어(9), 및 양 링기어(8,9)에 결합 연결되고 유성치차 반송기(22)에 장설되며 상기 유성치차 반송기(22)와 함께 회전하는 유성치차(20)들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동장치가 유성치차 반송기(22)에 비틀림 고정식으로 연결된 제동부재(25), 및 상기 제동부재(25)와 상호 작용하는 역제동부재(26)으로 구성되고, 상기 역제동부재(26)은 후방차축(16)으로 향하는 축력축(13)에 비틀림 고정식으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시스템이 원통체(10) 및 두개의 전면 평면부(12,17)로 구성되는 하우징(11)에 의해 밀봉식으로 감싸여지고, 출력축(13)의 하나의 전면 평면부(12)의 외부에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 역제동부재(26) 및 출력링기어(9)가 하우징(11)내에 고정식으로 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하우징(11)의 우측 및 좌측 전면 평면부들이 출력축(13)과 동축인 구동 입력축(6)을 지지하기 위한 베어링(18,19)를 갖고 있고, 제동부재(25) 및 유성치차 반송기(22)는 상기 구동축(6) 상에 장설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제동부재(25) 및 역제동부재(26)이 함께 유압클러치를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제동부재(25) 및 역제동부재(26)을 기름이 충진된 원환체형의 유동 공간(27)을 감싸는 블레이드형 반구체들로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동부재(25) 및 역제동부재(26)이 함께 원심제동기, 밴드제동기 또는 라멜라(lamella) 제동기를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동부재(25) 및 역제동부재(26)이 함께 전기적인 와류 전류 제동기를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전륜 슬립 제한 차동 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
