Claims (4)

  1. 5-(β-메틸머캅토에틸) 히단토인을 수산화 나트륨으로 가수분해하여 얻어진 원래 동량의 탄산나트륨과 메티오닌의 나트륨염을 함유한 수성 용액에 모든 탄산 나트륨 및 임의로 메티온산 나트륨을 중화시키기에 충분한 양의 황산을 가하고, 형성된 이산화 탄소를 회수하고, 필요하다면 메티오닌을 염화하기에 충분한 양의 수산화 나트륨을 첨가한 후에 충분한 농도의 메테오닌의 나트륨염을 제공하도록 반응 매질을 농축시키고, 여과로 침전된 황산 나트륨을 분리하고, 여액을 분리하는 것으로 구성되는, 동물 사료에 직접적으로 사용가능한 실제적으로 무기염이 없는 메티오닌의 나트륨 염의 농축수성 용액의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 황산 나트륨이 약 100℃에서 여과로 제거되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 메티온산 나트륨 용액이 46-55%농도의 메티온산 나트륨으로 농축되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수성 용액출발 물질이 나트륨 염으로 메티오닌을 20%까지 함유하는 방법.
