Claims (28)

  1. 리트로바이러스에 감염되거나 이와 같은 감염의 위기에 처한 환자에게 치료적으로 유효한 양의 종양괴사 인자 또는 종양 괴사 인자 및 인터페론을 투여하는 것으로 되는 리트로바이러스 감염의 치료 또는 예방 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 종양 괴사 인자가 종양 괴사 인자-α 또는 종양 괴사 인자-β인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 종양 괴사 인자가 종양 괴사 인자-α인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 인터페론이 인터페론α, β또는 γ인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 인터페론이 인터페론-γ인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 환자가 HIV에 감염된 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 환자가 AIDS관련 콤플렉스를 앓고 있는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 환자에게서 어떠한 악성 불치병도 측정되지 않는 방법.

  19. 제11항에 있어서, 종양 괴사 인자 및 인터페론을 약 1-5일 동안 지속적 정맥내 주입에 의하여 투여하는 방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 환자에게 생리학적으로 허용되는 산소 유리라디칼 스캐빈저 물질을 항바이러스 치료 복용량 만큼 투여하는 것으로 되는 방법.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 스캐빈저 물질이 카탈라제인 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 스캐빈저 물질이 인체 적혈구 카탈라제인 방법.
  23. 종양 괴사 인자, 인터페론 및 산소 유리 라디칼스캐빈저 물질로 되는 조성물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 스캐빈저 물질이 과산화 상태에서 유효한 효소인 조성물.
  25. 제23항에 있어서, 효소가 인체 적혈구 카탈라제인 조성물.
  26. 제23항에 있어서, 추가로(a)리트로바이러스의 복제 또는 (b)세포 표면 수용체에 대한 리트로바이러스 결합을 방지할 수 있는 물질로 되는 조성물.
  27. 종양 괴사 인자, 인터페론 및(a) 리트로바이러스의 복제 또는 (b)세포 표면 수용체에 대한 리트로바이러스 결합을 방지할 수 있는 물질로 되는 조성물.
  28. 제20항에 있어서, 세포 표면 수용체에 대한 리트로바이러스 결합을 방지할 수 있는 스캐빈저 물질이 리트로바이러스의 엔벨로프(envelope) 폴리펩티드에 대한 항체인 조성물.
