Claims (12)

  1. 필름 또는 튜우브의 적당개소를 접착하여 형성한 접합부와, 이 접합부로 구분된 복수개의 소실과 상기 각 소실에 봉입된 잠열축열재와, 상기소실의 적어도 1실에 상기 잠열축열재와 함께 봉입된 과냉각방지재와, 상기 소실간에 걸쳐서 접합부를 개재해서 형성된 연통부로 이루어진 잠열축열장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연통부는 실형상체의 모세관체인 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 연통부로서 접합부에 미접착부분을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  4. 과냉각가능하고 자극에 의해 액체로부터 고체로 상변화하여 잠열을 방출하는 축열재를 봉입한 용기와, 이 용기의 안밖을 연통하는 모세관체를 구비하여 이루어진 잠열축열장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 모세관체가 실형상체인 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 모세관체가 연속기포로 이루어진 발포체 또는 소결체인 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 용기의 외부에 있는 모세관체를 덮는 개폐기구를 가진것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 용기의 외부에 있는 모세관체의 일부를 가열장치로부터 떨어지게 해서 착설한 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 용기의 외부에 있는 모세관체를 2분할하고, 그사이에 상기 2분할된 모세관체를 물리적으로 연속 또는 비연속적으로 할 수 있는 절환장치를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  10. 필름 또는 튜우브의 적당개소를 접합하여 복수개의 소실을 형성하고, 이 소실에 과냉각가능하고 자극에 의해 액체로부터 고체로 상변화하여 잠열을 방출하는 축열체를 봉입함과 동시에 상기 소실간에 걸쳐서 모세관체를 형성한 잠열축열장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 모세관체가 실형상인것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 모세관체로서 접합부에 미접합부분을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 잠열축열장치.
