제 4도는 종래의 더블콘형 동기장치를 도시한 축단면도.
Claims (2)
- 입력축(6)과, 이 입력축(6)상의 치차열에 맞물린 치차열을 가진 출력축(8)과, 상기 입력축(6) 또는 출력축(8)상상 헐겁게 끼워져서 상기 치차열을 구성하는 치차(16)(17)와, 상기 축(6)(8)에 고정된 클러치허브(37)와, 상기 치차(16)(17)와 일체적으로 형성된 기어플라인(38)과, 상기 클러치허브(37)에 스플라인 결합하여 이 허브(37)와 일체적으로 회전하고, 그 외주상을 허브축(37) 방향으로 접동하여 상기 기어스플라인(38)에 선택적으로 맞물리는 허브 슬리이브(33)를 구비한 치차식 변속기에 있어서,상기 헐겁게 끼워진 치차(16)(17)와 일체적으로 또한 동일축에 형성된 허브부(16a)에 회전 가능하게 헐겁게 끼워지는 한편, 상기 클러치허브(37)에 소정량만큼 상대회전 가능하게 결합된 외주면이 테이퍼 형상의 내부 코운(39)과, 이 코운(39)의 외주면과 대향하는 테이퍼 형상의 내주면을 가지고 접동한 상기 허브 슬리이브(33)와 스플라인 결합하여 이 허브(33)와 일체적으로 회전하는 외부 코운(41)과, 이 외부 코운(41)의 내주면과 상기 내부 코운(39)의 외주면과의 사이에 배설되고, 상기 헐겁게 끼워진 치차(16)(17)와 함께 회전 가능하게 또한 치차축 방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지된 더블 코운(42)과, 상기 허브 슬리이브(33)의 접동에 따라서 이동해서 상기 외부 코운(41)을 허브축 방향으로 이동시키으로서 상기 외부 코운(41)을 상기 더블 코운(42)에, 또한 이 더블 코운(42)을 상기 내부 코운(39)에 마찰 결합시키는 싱크로나이저 키이(40)가 배설되어서 이루어진 치차식 변속기의 동기장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 더블 코운(42)은, 그 일단부에 형성되 키이(42a) 부분이 직경방향으로 굴곡되어서 기어스플라인(38)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치차식 변속기의 동기장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
