Claims (13)

  1. a) 지지부로서 폴리프로필렌을 기초로한 판 또는 직물의 본래 평평한 형성물을 180° 내지 220℃의 온도까지 가열하고,
    b) 평평한 형성물 또는 성형부품의 형태인 예열되지 않은 포움플라스틱층과 가열된 형성물을 상부와 하부에 주형기구가 형성되어 있는 압축기내에 놓고,
    c) 지지부 및 포움플라스틱층을 압력하에서 동시에 다층의 성형부품으로 만들고 서로 강한 결합력으로 결합시키는,
    폴리프로필렌을 기초로한 지지부와 포움플라스틱층으로 이루어진 다층의 성형부품을 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 탄성중합체-포움플라스틱을 포움플라스틱층에 사용하고 20 내지 120바아의 압력으로 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층의 성형부품을 제조하기 위한 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제를 포함하고 있고 교차결합되지만 본래는 교차결합되지 않은 폴리프로필렌으로 지지부에 대한 형성물을 제조하고, 다층의 성형부품이 주형에서 분리된 후 저장, 경우에 따라서는 140℃까지의 높은 온도로 습기내에서 저장시킴으로써 폴리프로필렌을 교차결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 20 내지 60중량%의 유리함량으로 유리강화된 폴리프로필렌으로 지지부를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 주형기구의 각 절반이 서로 다른 온도로 소려되는데, 변형시 지지부가 놓이는 주형기구의 절반은 포움플라스틱층이 놓이는 주형기구의 절반보다 최소한 20℃ 정도 더 높은 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 변형시 지지부가 놓이는 주형기구의 절반은 약 50내지 80℃의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 탄성중합체-포움 플라스틱으로서 개방셀로된 연성-폴리우레탄-포움플라스틱을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 탄성중합체-포움플라스틱으로서 20 내지 100kg/m3의 체적중량, 바람직하게는 23 내지 50kg/m3의 체적중량을 가진 폴리에테르우레탄-포움플라스틱 또는 폴리에스테르우레탄-포움플라스틱을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 5 내지 50mm의 두께로된 탄성중합체-포움플라스틱으로 된 형성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 잇어서, 한면 또는 양면이 포움플라스틱표면의 용융으로 만들어진 매우얇고 긴밀한 피복형태로 표면밀봉된 탄성중합체-포움플라스틱층을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지부에 대해 약 1내지 5mm의 두께의 형성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지지부를 형성하기 위해 폴리프로필렌을 기초로한 다수의 형성물을 예열후에 층을 이루도록 포개어 주형기구내에 놓는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1 내지 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌을 기초로한 형성물을 탄성중합체-포움플라스틱으로 된 형성물 또는 성형부품과 함께 20 내지 40바아의 압력에서 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1 내지 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌을 기초로한 형성물을 탄성중합체-포움플라스틱으로된 형성물 또는 성형부품과 함께 50 내지 120바아의 압력에서 압출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
