Claims (7)
- 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 매니포울드는 적어도 1개 이상의 횡으로 연속된 돌출목부(21)를 구비한 금속의 중공형관(2)을 제공하는 단계와, 대략 중실 횡단부를 구비하는 돌출한 목부(21)에서 다수의 각 라이저(23)를 구성하는 단계와, 중공형 라이저(3)로 역충격압출 과정에 의해 각 라이저(23)를 다시 만드는 단계 및 중공형 관벽의 구멍을 제공하고 그 구멍은 중공형라이저(3) 아래에 놓이고 중공형관(2)의 공동을 각각의 중공형라이저에 연결하는 흡입구를 형성하는 단계로 구성되며 돌출한 중공형관으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중첩된 중실목부(21)로 부터 뻗은 각각의 중공형라이저(23)의 형태는 냉간성형 과정으로 만들어지고, 중간에 형성된 라이저의 높이는 처음 목부(21)보다 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중첩 중실목부(21)로 부터 뻗은 각각의 중공형라이저(23)의 형태는 필요한 목부사이의 초과 재료를 제거함으로써 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드의 제조방법.
- 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드는 횡으로 연속용접을 자유롭게 하며 그 용접은 구멍 위에 놓인 다수의 각각 외부로 중첩된 중공형라이저(3)와 매니포울드벽의 구멍이 설치된 단일 또는 다중 구멍을 구비하는 돌출된 중공형관(2)을 구성하며, 상기 중공형라이저는 중공형관 위에 설치된 다수의 중실형라이저가 충격 압출하는 과정에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 중공형라이저(3)가 일렬로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 적어도 2열 이상의 중공형라이저(3)를 구비할 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 금속성의 중공형관(2)은 적어도 둘 이상의 상호 압출관을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기용 중첩 매니포울드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
