Claims (9)
- 산소는 120∼250% 또는 그 이상의 과포화상태인 물에 부가되고, 그 물은 순환하는 산소로 처리되며, 질소 및 다른 개스 오염물이 순환회로에서 제거되는 물의 산소증식 방법에 있어서, 신선한 물 및 또는 재순환된 물은 산소증식 구역 즉 산소증식기(2)를 통하여 급송되고, 초과된 산소는 동시에 그 구역(2)으로 보내지고, 이로 인해 난류기포 유동이 형성되고, 따라서 물과 잔류개스는 개스 및 액체분리기(3)에서 서로 분리되어 개스오염물이 마지막으로 분리된 후에 그 개스흐름은 산소증식기(2)로 다시 재순환되고, 과포화되고 산소가 증식된 물은 양식용기 또는 양식지의 후속사용을 위해 분리구역으로 보내지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물에서 분리된 그 개스흐름은 유동회로의 역압에 노출됨으로서 시스템의 압력이 증가되고, 이에 따라 보다 높은 과포화도를 얻게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식방법.
- 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 물은 두단계로 처리되는데, 제1단계 0.5∼1bar의 절대압력이 설정되며 흡수된 질소가 이단계의 회로에서 제거되고, 한편으로 제2단계는 질소량이 감소하지 않고, 1bar이상의 절대압력을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 산소가 증식된 물 흐름이 다수의 양식용기로 분류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 개스유동 또는 개스의 부분유동 또는 개스의 부분유동이 질소 및 이산화탄소 등의 개스상태의 오염물을 제거하기 위해 분리기구역(5)을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항에 기재한 방법을 실시하기 위해 액체공급수단(1), 개스공급수단(4), 개스와 액체가 난류를 형성하여 기포유동과 함께 보내지는 반응기유니트(2)를 구비하는 물의 산소증식장치에 있어서, 액체 및 개스분리용 개스 및 액체분리기(3)는 반응기구역 다음에 설치되고, 분리기에 있는 개스상태의 구역은 귀환 파이프라인에 의해 개스가 재순환되도록 설계된 압축기(6)에 연결되고, 그 압축기는 파이프라인(9)에 의해 산소증식기(2)에 연결되고, 한편으로 분리기의 액간막이는 양식용기에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분리기(3)에서 뻗은 귀환 파이프라인(9)이 블리이드(10)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 흡수장치가 압축기(6)에 의해 재순환되는 산소를 분리하는데 사용되는 PSA분리기(5), 즉 막분리기에 귀환파이프(9)가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식장치.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 분리기(3)의 액간막이는 다수의 다발로된 파이프라인(14)에 의해 재생된 신선한 액체를 다수의 저장유니트로 분류하는 펌핑수단에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물의 산소증식장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
