Claims (10)
- 유기화합물의 반응공정중에 부생되어 염화수소를 함유하는 폐가스를 산화시켜 염소를 제조함에 있어서 폐가스중에 함유된 염화수소 1몰에 대하여 0.25몰 이상의 산소를 사용하여 산화크롬 촉매의 존재하에 300 내지 500℃의 온도에서 염화수소의 산화반응을 수행하는 공정(1); 주로 염소, 물, 미반응 염화수소, 산소 및 휘산크롬으로 구성되는 전술한 반응혼합물인 생성가스를 급냉시킨 다음, 물로 수세하여 크롬을 수용액으로서 회수하는 공정(2); 미반응 염화수소를 수중에 흡수시키기 위하여 생성가스의 잔부를 다시 물로 수세하여 미반응 염화수소를 염화수소 수용액으로서 회수하는 공정(3); 물을 제거하기 위하여 생성가스의 잔부를 또 다시 황산으로 세정하는 공정(4); 주로 염소로 구성되며 미반응 산소를 함유하는 생성가스의 잔부를 압축 및 냉각시킴으로써, 생성가스의 잔부로부터 염소를 액화염소로서 분리시키는 공정(5); 및 액화염소의 분리후에 얻어지며 주로 산소로 구성되는 잔가스의 일부 또는 전부를 순환가스로서 전술한 산화공정(1)에 재순환시키는 공정(6)들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화반응에 있어서 염화수소 1몰에 대하여 산소를 0.5 내지 2몰의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화반응을 350 내지 450℃에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화반응을 3 내지 4㎏/㎠G에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화반응의 철의 함량이 1중량%이하인 재질의 반응기내에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제(2)공정에 있어서의 크롬의 회수를 세정탑내에서 90내지 130℃하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 유기화합물의 반응공정중에 부생되며 염화수소를 함유하는 폐가스를 산화시켜 염소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폐가스중의 유기화합물함량을 미리 1중량%이하로 저하시킨 후에 산화크롬 촉매의 존재하에 폐가스의 산화를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 유기화합물의 활성탄상에 흡착시킴으로써 유기화합물의 함량을 저하시킴을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 유기화합물의 반응공정중에 부생되며 염화수소를 함유하는 폐가스를 산화시켜 염소를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폐가스중의 1산화탄소함량을 미리 10용적%이하로 저하시킨 후에 산화크롬 촉매의 존재하에 폐가스의 산화를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 담체로서 알루미나를 사용한 팔라듐 촉매의 존재하에 1산화탄소를 산소와 접촉시켜 2산화탄소로 전화시킴으로써 1산화탄소의 함량의 저하시킴을 특징으로 하는 염소의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
