Claims (5)
- 초음파 전반거리가 각 정면간의 거리 또는 각 측면간의 거리의 어느쪽인가 한쪽보다도 짧은 초음파 고체 전반매체와, 이 초음파 고체 전반매체의 초음파 신호 입력면 및 출력면에 부착된 입력 전기 신호를 초음파로 변환하는 입력 트랜스듀서 및 이 초음파를 출력 전기 신호로 변환하는 출력 트랜스 듀서와, 전술한 입력 트랜스듀서와 출력 트랜스듀서의 전술한 전반매체와의 결합면의 반사면에 이어 맞추어진 패킹재로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 전송 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 패킹재는 각 트랜스듀서에 의해서 반사되어 발생되는 불필요한 신호를 감쇄하는 기능을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 전송 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 패킹재는 그 각 패킹재에 이어 맞추어진 각 트랜스듀서로 부터 그 각 패킹재로 입사된 종파 및 횡파의 한쪽의 초음파를 종파 및 횡파의 다른 쪽의 초음파로 모우드 변환하는 모우드 변환 각도의 평면으로 된 반사면을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 전송 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 패킹재를 각각 동일한 형상의 부재로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기신호 전송소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 패킹재를 다른 형상의 부재로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 신호 전송 소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
