Claims (6)
- 유량 제어밸브에 밸브체의 이동정도에 따라 개방상태를 변화시키기 위해 입력포오트에서부터 파이롯트 출력포오트까지 뻗어 있는 파이롯트 유압통로에 설치되어 있는 제1가변드로틀, 배부압력실, 파이롯트 출력포오트, 출력포오트, 입력포오트 및 밸브체가 있고, 상기 입력포오트가 파이롯트 출력포으트와 배부압력실에 통하도록 설치되어 있으며, 파이롯트 밸브에 제2가변드로틀이 있고, 유량 제어밸브의 파이롯트 출력포오트가 파이롯트 밸브를 통해 상기 유량 제어밸브의 출력 포오트에 연결되어서 밸브체의 위치를 제어하며, 유량 제어밸브에 배부 압력실 쪽으로 향한 제2파이롯트 압유 통로에 배치된 고정드로틀이 설치되어 있는 것이 특징으로 하는 유압 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량 제어밸브의 제1가변드로틀이 밸브체의 이동정도에 따라 개방 면적을 증가시키도록 되어 있고, 제2파이롯트 압유 통로가 파이롯트 출력 포오트와 배부 압력실을 연결시키며, 제1드로틀이 파이롯트 출력 포오트에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유량 제어밸브의 제1가변드로틀이 밸브체의 이동정도에 따라 개방 면적을 감소시키도록 되어 있고, 상기 고정드로틀과 다른 또 하나의 고정드로틀이 제1파이롯트 압유 통로에 있는 제1가변드로틀의 상향 라인에 설치되어 있으며, 제2파이롯트 압유통로가 상기 다른 고정드로틀과 제1파이롯트 압유 통로에 있는 제1가변드로틀 사이의 부분과 배부 압력실을 연결시키고, 배부 압력실용 제1드로틀이 제2파이롯트 압유 통로에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 유량 제어밸브가 밸브체의 위치를 조절하기 위해 제1가변 드로틀을 가진 파이롯트 밸브와 밸브체를 가지고 있고, 상기 유량 제어밸브가 밸브체의 이동 상태에 따라 개방지역을 변화시키기 위해 파이롯트 입력포오트에서부터 출력포오트까지 뻗어 있는 제1파이롯트 압유통로에 설치된 제2가변드로틀, 배부압력실, 출력포오트, 파이롯트 입력포오트 및 입력포오트로 구성되어 있으며, 제2압유 통로에 설치된 고정드로틀이 파이롯트 입력 포오트에서부터 배부 압력실까지 뻗어 있고, 파이롯트 입력포오트가 출력포오트와 배부 압력실을 연결시키며, 파이롯트 밸브에 제2가변드로틀이 있고, 유량 제어밸브의 파이롯트 입력포오트가 파이롯트 밸브를 통해 상기 유량 제어밸브에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 첵크밸브가 제1가변 드로틀과 출력포오트 사이에 있는 제1파이롯트 압유 통로에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
