Claims (8)

  1. 고무라텍스 55∼75 중량부를 40°∼90℃로 가열하고, 여기에 아스팔트 99∼110 중량부, 중질유 10∼16 중량부 및 비이온계 계면활성제 10∼30 중량부를 혼합물을 110°∼150℃로 가열하여 첨가시키고 40°∼60℃로 유지시키면서 유화 분산시키고 30℃ 이하로 냉각시킨 다음 유화안정제 및 경화촉진제 5∼15부를 첨가시켜 고무화 아스팔트에멀젼을 제조하고, 이와는 별도로 시멘트 45∼60중량부, 분말상 골재 20∼50중량부, 탄산칼슘 5∼15중량, 이온봉쇄제 3∼7중량부를 혼합하여 경화제를 제조하여, 상기 고무화 아스팔트 에멀젼과 상기 경화제를 1 : 1.35의 비율로 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하는 속경성 고무와 아스팔트 도막 방수제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고무 라텍스가 고형분이 40∼70%인 스티렌부타디엔 고무계, 아크릴 고무계, 에틸렌 초산비닐계, 또는 클로로프렌계인 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아스팔트가 스트레이트 아스팔트, 천연 아스팔트, 브라운 아스팔트 또는 아스팔트 콤파운드인 것이 특징인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아스팔트가 침입도 60∼80을 가지는 스트레이트 아스팔트인 것이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중질유가 광물유, 동식물유 또는 합성유인 것이 특징인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분말상 골재가 규사 분말, 한수석 또는 백동석 분말인 것이 특징인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 유화 안정제 및 경화촉진제가 염화캄슘, 단백질 또는 탄수화물인 것이 특징인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 이온 봉쇄제가 2-메타 글리콘산 칼슘, EDTA, 글리콘산 암모늄, 트리폴린산 나트륨 또는 카제인인 것이 특징인 방법.
