Claims (6)

  1. 압축실(6)의 가동 단부벽들을 구성하는 수직 압축판(12) 및 수직회전판(8) 사이에서 주물사 또는 다른 재료를 압축하고, 회전판(8)은 압축후에 역행되어 압축판(12)를 계속 전진시킴으로써 주형을 압축실로부터 발출할 수 있는 통로를 제공하는 주형 제로 시스템에 있어서, 회전판(8)은 최전방 요크(4)내에 저널되어 있고, 최전방 요크(4)는 압축실의 종측과 평행한 강성 프레임 구조물에 의해 압축실 배면에 위치한 당김 요크(2)와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형제조 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 프레임 구조물들이 요크(4, 2)들의 코너들에 위치한 4개의 컬럼(3, 5)들로 구성되고, 두 개의 상부 컬럼(3)들은 압축실에 연결된 안내부(9)들 내에 저널되고, 다른 두 개의 하부 컬럼(5)들은 자유상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 주형제조 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 최후방 요크(2)가 압축실(6)의 양측면에서 압축실(7)의 수평대칭면 내에 위치한 실린더-피스톤 장치(6)에 의해 압축실(6)의 종방향으로 전후이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형 제조시스템.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 압축판(12)가 압축실(6)에 강하게 연결된 실린더-피스톤 장치(13)에 의해 가동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형 제조 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 압축판의 실린더-피스톤 장치의 피스톤(14)가 압축실(6)로부터 돌출된 압축판 실린더(15)를 감싸는 고정관(1)의 바닥에 고정되고, 살기 고정관(1)은 압축실 배면벽에 형성된 압축판 용의 개구부 주위에서 압축실(6)의 배면벽에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형 제조 시스템.
  6. 제1항 또는 5항에 있어서, 최후방 요크(2)가 고정관(1)에 대응되는 개구부(16)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 주형 제조 시스템.
