제3도는 제조 공중 도중에 있어서 금형에 후릭션 페이싱을 충진한 상태를 도시한 제2도에 있어서의 III-III 단면도.
제4도는 다른 실시예에 관한 클러치 디스크 어셈브리를 도시한 일부가 생략된 정면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 스프라인 허브에 클러치 프레이트가 연결되고, 그 클러치 프레이트 외주부에 쿳션닝 프레이트를 거쳐서 후릭션 페이싱이 붙쳐지는 클러치 디스크 어셈브리에 있어서의 후릭션 페이싱의 고정 방법에 있어서, 상기 후릭션 페이싱 형성용의 금형에 상기 쿳션닝 프레이트를 직접 협지할 수 있는 돌기부를 형성하고 상기 금형에 의한 상기 쿳션닝 프레이트의 유지 위치를 정확하게 하는 한편, 상기 금형을 가열 프레스하는 것에 의해, 상기 금형내에서 후릭션 페이싱을 바라는 형상으로 성형함과 동시에, 그 후릭션 페이싱을 항상 정확하게 상기 쿳션닝 프레이트에 고착하도록 한 클러치 디스크 어셈브리에 있어서의 후릭션 페이싱의 고정방법.
  2. 상기 돌기부가 상기 후릭션 페이싱의 외주부에 위치하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 클러치 디스크 어셈브리에 있어서의 후릭션 페이싱의 고정 방법.
  3. 상기 돌기부가 상기 후릭션 페이싱 외측면의 반경방향 도중에 위치하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 클러치 디스크 어셈브리에 있어서의 후릭션 페이싱의 고정 방법.
  4. 상기 돌기부를 원주 방향으로 같은 간격을 두고 4개 배치한 특허청구의 범위 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 기재의 후릭션 페이싱의 고정 방법.
  5. 1대의 금형의 한쪽에 쿳션닝 프레이트를 관통하는 끼워 맞춤용 위치 결정 돌기를 형성하고, 다른쪽의 금형에 상기 끼워 맞춤용 위치 결정 돌기에 끼워 맞춤하는 위치 결정 구멍을 형성하여, 상기 끼워 맞춤용 위치 결정 돌기를 위치 결정 구멍에 끼워맞춤하는 것에 의해 한쪽의 금형에 대한 쿳션닝 프레이트와, 다른 쪽의 금형의 원주 방향의 위치 결정을 행하도록 한 특허청구의 범위 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 기재의 후릭션 페이싱의 고정 방법.
