Claims (2)

  1. 질화알루미늄의 분말을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 알루미늄재의 선단을 N2프라즈마분사의 화염내에 위치시키고, 용해 증발하고, 800℃ 이상의 질화분위기증을 통과시킨후 질화된 알루미늄재를 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄분말의 제조방법.
  2. 질화알루미늄의 분말을 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 외주에 단열재와 히이터(3)를 가지고 질화분위기 가스를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 공급관(4)을 가진 반응하우징(2)과, 상기 반응하우징(2)의 일단부에 설치된 N2프라즈마발생기(5)와 상기 하우징(2)의 타단부에 연결된 분말 수집부(8)를 가지고, 상기 반응하우징(2), N2프라즈마발생기(5) 및 분말수집부(8)가 밀봉용기의 반응로를 형성하고, 선형 또는 봉형등의 알루미늄재(23)의 선단이 N2프라즈마발생기(5)에 설치된 프라즈마토오치(6)의 선단 근처에 위치는 탕법으로 상기 알루미늄재(23)를 연속적으로 공급하는 알루미늄재 공급장치(22)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 분말의 제조장치.
