Claims (6)
- 산업용 공정공기를 설정한 온도로 가열하는 방법에 있어서, 유기 질소나 산소를 포함하지 않은 가스의 흐름이 플라즈마 발생기를 통과하여 그속에서 고온으로 가열되게 하는 것과, 그렇게 형성된 플라즈마 가스는 설정된 온도가 최후가스 흐름에서 얻어질 수 있도록 공정공기의 흐름과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정공기의 가열방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라즈마 발생기에서 가열된 가스 흐름은 수증기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정공기의 가열방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 완전히 또는 부분적으로 플라즈마 발생기에서 가열될 증기는 플라즈마 발생기의 냉각수 손실로 인하여 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정공기의 가열방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 플라즈마 발생기에서 발생된 플라즈마 가스는 플라로마 발생기 바로 다음에서 공정공기의 흐름과 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정공기의 가열방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 플라즈마 발생기에서 가열된 가스 흐름은 공정 공기흐름의 약 10%로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정공기의 가열방법.
