Claims (6)

  1. 입력에 응답하여 브레이크 시스템에 작동력을 제공하기 위한 주실린더와 진공브레이크 배력장치의 조합의 주실린더의 하우징과 진공브레이크 배력장치의 셀을 연결시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 연결장치가, 내부와 외부에 나사산이 깍여진 부분을 가지는 슬리브부재와, 상기 외부 나사산부를 통하여 상기 슬리브 부재에 부착되어 있는 상기 셀과, 주실린더의 상기 하우징과 상기 셀 사이이 소정의 설정거리가 만들어질 때까지 상기 슬리브가 정지되어있을 동안, 상기 외부 나사산상에서 회전하는 상기 셀과, 그 이후에 정지되어져 있게 되는 상기 주실린더의 상기 하우징과 셀과, 상기 하우징을 잠그기 위하여 회전하는 상기 슬리브와 그에 따라 상기 소정의 거리에서 유지되고, 상기하우징과 슬리브를 함께 잠그기 위하여 회전하는 상기 슬리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주실린더와 진공브레이크 배력장치의 조합.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 솔리브가 주실린너의 저장탱크로부더 주실린더의 하우징의 내부로의 외부흐름 경로를 형성하기 위하여 상기 주실린더의 상기 하우징을 접속하는 플랜지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주실린더와 진공브레이크 배력장치의 조합.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진공브레이크 배력장치가 상기 주실린더의 하우징내에서 피스톤과 접속하게 이동가능한 벽으로 부터 연장되어 있는 출력부재와, 상기 주실린더의 하우징의 단부에 인접하여 보상기실을 형성하도륵 상기 출력부재의 부분을 둘러싸는 상기 슬리브와, 보상기실과 거기에 포함되는 작동실을 소통시키기 위하여 그 내부를 따라서의 측방향 슬로트를 가지는 상기 하우징을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주실린더와 진공브레이크 배력장치의 조합.
  4. 주실린더의 하우징을 진공브레이크 배력장치의 셀에 부착하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이, 주실린더의 하우징의 보어내에 피스톤 어셈블리를 삽입하고, 상기 하우징이 저장탱크와 저장탱크가 상기 보어와 연결되는 보상기 개구와 저장탱크가 보상기실로 연결되는 통로를 가지고, 상기 하우징이 거기에서의 단부상에 나사산을 가지고, 하우징상에 있는 나사산을 슬리브부재상에 있는 나사산에 나사고정하고, 외부로부터 보상기실을 밀봉하기 위하여 하우징을 접속하는 플랜지를 상기 슬리브부재가 가지고, 상기 슬리브가 그 위에 외부 나사산을 가지며, 저장탱크와 보어 사이에서의 소통을 방해하기 위하여 상기 피스톤과 출력 푸쉬로드를 접속하기 위하여 진공브레이크 배력장치의 셀을 슬리브부재의 외부나사 산에 나사고정시키고, 상기 보상기 개구를 통하여의 소통을 재개시키기 위하여 셀에 대하여 저장탱크를 회전시키고, 고정된 관련상태에 상기 하우징과 셀을 두고, 셀에 하우징을 잠그기 위하여 상기 셀에 상기 슬리브를 나사고정시키는 단계를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주실린더 하우징의 진공브레이크 배력장치에의 부착방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단계가 저장탱크와 보어 사이에서 보상기개구를 통하여 소통을 다시 가능하게 될 대 수직 위치에 저장탱크를 위치시키는 단계를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주실린더 하우징의 진공브레이크 배력장치에의 부착방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 단계가 피스톤의 쇼울더에 스냅끼움되는 클립부재를 봉하여 푸쉬로드에 피스톤을 부착하는 단계를 더 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 주실린더 하우징의 진공브레이크 배력장치에의 부착방법.
