Claims (16)

  1. 폴리이소시아네이트 및, 필요하다면 요해되어 있는 상태의 유기물질을 함유하는 소수성 액체를 필수적으로 수성 액체내에 에멀션화시키고, 이어서 폴리아민을 부가하여 마이크로캡슐의 막을 형성시키는 공정으로 구성되며, 상술한 공정에서 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 지방족 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트 고리 삼합체를 지방족 디이소시아네이트/삽합체의 중량비율 0.05/1-0.70/1로 함유함을 특징으로하는, 계면 중부 가반응을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 폴리이소시아네이트가 :
    1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산, 1,5-디이소시아네이토-2-메틸펜탄, 1,5-디이소시아네이토-3-메틸펜탄,1,4-디이소시아네이토-2,3-디메틸부탄, 2-에틸-1,4-디이소시아네이토부탄, 1,5-디이소시아네이토펜, 1,4-탄디이소시아네이토부탄, 1,3-디이소시아네이토프로판, 1,10-디이소시아네이토데칸, 1,2-디이소시아네이토시클로헥산, 1,4-디이소시아네이토시클로헥산, 1,2-비스(이소시아네이토메틸)시클로부탄 비스(4-이소시아네이토시클로헥실)메탄 및 3,3,5-트리메틸-5-이소시아네이토메틸-1-이소시아네이토시클로헥산으로부터 선택된 지방족 디이소시아네이트, 및
    상술한 지방적 디이소시아네이트들중 1가지의 이소시아누레이트기를 갖는 트리머로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부가 반응을 이용한 마이크로캡슐화 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 지방족 디이소시아네이트와 트리머의 중량비율이 0.10/1-0.45/1 임을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부가 반응을 이용한 마이크로캡슐화 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 사용하는 폴리이소시아네이트가 1,6-디이소시아네이토헥산 및 1,3,5-트리스(6-이소시아네이토헥실)이소시아누레이트로 이루어짐을 특지으로 하는, 계면 중부가 반응을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐환 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 폴리아민이 최소한 2개의 1차 또는 2차 아민기를 갖으며 물속에 용해 또는 분산될 수 있는 것들로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부가 반응을 이용한 마이크로캡슐화 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 폴리아민이 하기 화합물들 :
    1,2-에틸렌디아민, 1,3-디아미노프로판, 1,4-디아미노부탄, 1,6-디아미노헥산, 히드라진, 1,4-디아미노시클로헥산 및 1,3-디아미노-1-메틸프로판, 디에틸렌트리아민, 트리에틸렌테트라아민 및 비스(2-메틸아미노에틸)메틸아민 중 1가지 이상으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부 가반응을 이용한 마이크로캡슐화 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 액체가 필수적으로 물과 섞이지 않으며 동시에 폴리이소시아네이트 및 가능하다면 캡슐화시키고 자하는 유기물질을 용해시킬수 있음을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부 가반응을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐화 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 소수성 액체가 지방족 탄화수소, 염소화 지방족 탄화수소, 지환족 탄화수소, 염소화 지환족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소 또는 염소화 방향족 탄화수소임을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부가 반응을 이요한 마이크로 캡슐화 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 액체가 캡슐화 시키고자 유기물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부 가반응을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐화 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 캡슐화 시키고자 하는 유기물질이 착색제임을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부 가반응을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐환 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 사용하는 소수성 액체가 알킬비페놀, 최소한 부분 수소첨가된 테르페닐 및 알킬 나프탈렌으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부 가반응을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐환 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 에멀션화 공정을 15℃-30℃의 온도에서 수행하고 및 중부 가반응은 15℃-30℃의 온도 및 이어서 50-80℃의 온도에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부가 반응을 이용한 마이크로 캡슐화 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트의 사용량 및 폴리아민의 사용량이 이소시아네이트기들을 기준으로 할 때 아민기들이 101-150%, 바람직 하기로는 105-125%이 도록하는 양임을 특징으로 하는, 계면 중부 가반응을 이용한 마이크로캡슐화 방법.
  14. 폴리이소시아네이트 및, 필요하다면 용히되어 있는 상태의 유기물질을 함유하는 소수성 액체를 필수적으로 수성 액체내에 에멀션화시키고, 이어서 폴리아민을 부가하여 마이크로캡슐의 막을 형성시키는 공정으로 구성되며, 상술한 공정에서 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족 디이소시아네이트 및 지방족 디이소시아네이트의 이소시아누레이트 고리 삼합체를 지방족 디이소시아네이트/삼합체의중량비율 0.05/1-0.70/1로 함유하는, 계면중부가 반응을 이용한 마이크로캡슐화 방법에 의해 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 무탄소지 제조용 착색제를 함유하는 마이크로캡슐의 수성 현탁액.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐이 3-20미크론의 평균직경을 갖음을 특징으로하는 마이크로캡슐의 수소 현탁액.
  16. 제14 또는 15항에 있어서, 마이크로캡슐의 농도가 25중량% 이상, 바람직하기로는 30중량%이상임을 특징으로 하는 마이크로캡슐의 수성 현탁액.
