Claims (8)
- 가변속 풍력 터빈 발전기의 효율을 개선하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 풍력 터빈의 토르크 한계 이하에서 회전자 날개끝 속력을 풍속에 대하여 선택된 일정 속도비로 조정하기 위하여 발전기 토르크를 제어하는 단계와, 토르크 한계 이상에서 회전자 날개끝 속력을 속력 또는 전력 한계까지 일정 속도비에 의해 지시된 것보다 큰 속력으로 조정하기 위하여 발전기 토르크를 제어하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변속 풍력 터빈 발전기의 효율 개선 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 토르크 한계 이상에서 발진기 토르크를 제어하는 단계를 일정 토르크 값을 유지하면서 전력출력을 가능한 최대값으로 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 개선된 효율로 가변속 풍력 터빈 발전기를 제어하는 장치에 있어서, 감지된 터빈 발전기 속력신호를 제공하기 위하여 풍력 터빈 회전자 또는 발전기 회전자 속력에 응답하는 속력감지기와, 감지된 전력신호를 제공하기 위하여 발전기의 전력출력에 응답하는 전력감지기와, 풍력 터빈의 토르크 한계 이하에서 터빈 회전자 날개끝 속력을 토르크를 일정하계 유지하면서 속력 또는 전력한계까지 토르크 한계 이상에서 일정 속도비에 의해 지지된 것 보다 큰 속력으로 그리고 풍속에 대해 선택된 일정속도비로 조정하기 위하여, 발전기 토르크를 제어하기 위해 풍력 터빈 발전기 토르크 제어신호를 제공하기 위해 감지된 속력 신호와 감지된 전력 신호에 응답하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변속 풍력 터빈 발전기 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제어기는 토르크 한계 이상에서 전력출력을 풍속의 세제곱과 전력비와의 곱의 함수로 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한정 토르크 이상에서 회전자 날개끝 속력을 조정하기 위한 발전기 토르크 제어단계는 일정 토르크값을 유지하면서, 풍속 증가에도 불구하고 회전자 추력을 일정하게 유지하는 방식으로 전력출력을 증가시키는 것을 특징을 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가변속 풍력 터빈 발전기 제어장치는 터빈 회전자의 기체 역학적 토르크를 변경시키기 위하여 기체역적 토르크 명령신호에 응답하는 기체역학적 토르크 제어기를 더 포함하며, 제어기는 일정한 토르크값을 유지하면서 풍속 증가에도 불구하고 회전자 추력을 기체역학적으로 일정하게 유지하는 방식으로 토르크한계 이상에서 전력 출력을 증가시키기 위하여, 기체역학적 제어시의 변경을 명령하기 위하여 기체역학적 토르크 명령신호를 제공하기 위해 감지된 속력 신호에 응답하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한정 토르크 이상에서 날개끝 속력을 제어하는 단계는 풍력 터빈 타워가격 및 터빈 구동시스템 가격이 증가된 에너지 획득값과 관련하여 최적으로 되게 하는 방식으로 전력 출력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제어기는 풍력 터빈 타워의 가격과 풍력 터빈 구동 시스템의 가격이 증가된 에너지 획득값과 관련하여 최적으로 되게 하는 방식으로토 르크 한계 이상에서 전력 출력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
