Claims (7)

  1. 지방산 알켈에스테르를 SO3로써 최대 1:2 그리고 더욱 구체적으로 1:1.2∼1:1.8의 몰비율로 술폰화하고, 조(crude) 술폰산을 수성매체 중에서 염형성하는 후속작업으로써, 고형함량이 높음에도 불구하고 유동성이고 특히 약간의 승온에서도 펌프성(pumpable)인 세탁활성 α-술포지방산 에스테르염의 수성 페이스트 제조방법으로서, 수성매체로 처리하기 전에 조술폰산을 70℃ 초과의 온도에서 α-술폰화 반응에 사용되지 않은 SO3에 기준하여 약 0.5몰 당량 이상의 1가 알코올 및/또는 이의 알콕실화 생성물과 후반응시키는 것과, 35중량 %초과인 α-술포지방산 에스테르의 고형함량을 후속하는 수성작업에서 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알코올 또는 이의 알콕실화 생성물과의 후반응을 75℃초과인 온도 그리고 바람직하기로는 80∼100℃의 온도에서 실시하는 것과, 히드록실-함유성분을 특히 α-술폰화 반응에 사용되지 않은 SO3에 기준하여 실질적으로 등몰(quimolar)량만큼 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 약 40∼65중량%인 페이스트 고형함량을 특히 표백 및/또는 에스테르 술포네이트염에 대한중화로 구성된 후속 수성작업에서 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 후반응을 알코올 관능에 최대 30탄소원자를 함유하고 바람직하기로는 분자내에 최대 20알콕시기를 함유하는 1관능 알칸올 또는 이어 알콕실화 생성물로써, 바람직하기로는 적어도 약간의 EO-기를 함유하는 C2-C22알코올 및/또는 이의 알콕실화 생성물로써 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 후반응을 최대 6탄소원자 그리고 바람직하기로 2∼4는 탄소원자를 함유하고 알콕시기에 2-15 그리고 바람직하기로는 5∼12EO-단위를 함유하는 저급 알코올의 알콕실화 생성물로써, 및/또는 지방족 알코올 또는 이들의 알콕실화 생성물로써 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, α-술포지방산 에스테르에 기준하여 80몰%이하 그리고 바람직하기로는 50몰%이하의 α-술폰화 반응에 사용되지 않은 SO3를 함유하는 조술폰산을 후반응시키는데, 이 조술폰산은 술폰화도가 90%이상 그리고 더욱 특별하게는 95%이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제조되는 에스테르 술포네이트 페이스트에는 2염(disalt) 함량이 세탁-활성물질에 기준하여 약 10중량%이하 그리고 바람직하기로는 5중량%이하이고 동시에 미결합 알코올이 문제를 일으키는 양만큼 실질적으로 존재 하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
