Claims (13)

  1. (a) 동물의 적혈구로부터 글로빈을 제조하는 단계 : (b) 글로빈을 아세틸화하여 아세틸 글로빈을 제조하는 단계 : (c) 철 글루시드 유도체를 제조하는 단계 : (d) 아세틸 글로빈 및 글로빈을 각각 철 화합물과 반응시켜 철 아세틸 글로빈 및 철글로빈을 제조하는 단계를 특징으로하여, 2 내지 20중량%의 철을 함유하며 인체의 철 결핍성 빈혈의 치료에 유용한, 생체내 이용성이 높은 글로빈 및 아세틸 글로빈의 철-유도체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원심분리한 동물혈액을 농축된 HCI용액으로 3 내지 10℃의 온도에서 동물혈액 대 HCI (염산)의 중량비가 1:0.002가 되도록 처리하여 글로빈의 제조단계를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 수산화나트륨 용액을 동시 첨가하여 pH를 7.5 내지 8.5로 유지시키면서 글로빈의 수성용액에 아세트산 무수물을 서서히 가하여 아세틸 글로빈의 제조단계를 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 한외여과의 기술에 의해 정제 및 농축의 통로를 통과하는 겔용매화합물 구조를 이용하는 분자응축공정에 의하여 철 글루시드 유도체의 제조단계를 수행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 5내지 10% 농도의 철 글루시드 유도체 용액을 2.5 내지 10% 농도의 아세틸 글로빈 용액에 실온에서 서서히 가하고, 반응 혼합물을 1 내지 3시간 동안 교반한 다음, 철 아세틸 글로빈을 pH가 4 내지 5에 도달할때까지 HCI로 침전시켜 철 아세틸 글로빈의 제조단계를 수행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 철 아세틸 글로빈을 제조하기 위하여 사용되는 아세틸 글로빈 대 철의 비율이 19:1 내지 4:1임을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 침전된 철 아세틸 글로빈을 용액으로부터 분리시키고, 이를 묽은 HCI 혼합물로 세척한 다음, 다시 NaOH 혼합물에 용해시킨 후, 수득된 용액을 여과하거나 투석시키거나 동결건조시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 8 내지 12% 농도의 무기철염의 혼합물을 2.5 내지 10% 농도의 아세틸 글로빈의 혼합물에 실온에서 가하고, 반응을 환류 조건하에 10 내지 60분동안 진행시켜 철 아세틸 글로빈의 제조단계를 수행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 철 아세틸 글로빈을 제조하기 위하여 사용되는 아세틸 글로빈 대철의 비율이 49:1 내지 15:1임을 특징으로하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 5 내지 10% 농도의 철 글루시드 유도체의 혼합물을 2.5 내지 10% 농도의 글로빈의 혼합물에 실온에서 가하고, 반응 혼합물을 30 내지 60분동안 교반하여 철 아세틸 글로빈의 제조단계를 수행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 철 글로빈을 제조하기 위하여 사용되는 글로빈 대철의 비율이 19:1 내지 14:1임을 특징으로하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 2.5 내지 10% 농도의 철염의 혼합물을 2.5 내지 10% 농도의 글로빈의 혼합물에 실온에서 가하고, 반응 혼합물을 30 내지 60분동안 교반하여 철 글로빈의 제조단계를 수행함을 특징으로하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 철 글로빈을 제조하기 위하여 사용되는 글로빈 대 철의 비율이 49:1 내지 15:1임을 특징으로하는 방법.
