Claims (16)
- 플라스틱 파이프와 금속 또는 플라스틱으로 된 연결편 사이에서 먼저 결합 슬리브의 플라스틱 파이프의 말단부상으로 접합이 플라스틱 파이프의 선단이 슬리브보오 밖으로 돌출되도록 이루어지고, 구동슬리브 및 여기에 고정된 플라스틱 파이프가 구동 슬리브에 위치한 드라이버에 의해 드라이버 상의 유니언너트 물림으로써 연결편에 대해 당겨지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체-밀착 파이프 연접 설치방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀봉효과를 향상시키기 위해 플라스틱 파이프 발단을 최소 대략적인 원추형 형태로 개방시킬 목적으로 먼저 플라스틱 파이프의 말단부가 초기에 금속아버에 의해 개방된 다음 마무리 성형되고, 동시에 압축슬리브의 말단면에 대한 액체 밀착이 연결편에 일체적으로 형성된 곡선 또는 원추형 압력면에 의한 압축으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접 설치방법.
- 내경이 플라스틱 파이프의 외경보다 작고 이에 이빨 형태의 고정부재(3a)가 마련되어 있는 것, 그리고 한편으론 유니온너트(4)가 물려있고, 다른 한편으론 유니온너트(4)가 그 말단부가 결합 슬리브(3)로부터 떨어져 대면하면서 외부 나사가 구비된 연결편(2)상에서 죄어질 수 있도록 된 일체적으로 형성된 결합부재(3b)를 연결편(2)을 향해 대면하는 말단면 상에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 구동 슬리브(3)로 이루어진 제1항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 파이프 연접.
- 제3항에 있어서, 결합슬리브(3)의 보오에 회전방지로 작용하는 슬리브 축과 평행한 홈이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프연접.
- 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 플라스틱 파이프(1)의 개방된 말단부(1a)가 연결편(2)의 곡선 또는 원추형 압력면(10)과 결합 슬리브(3)의 말단면 사이로 돌출하고, 결합슬리브의 말단면이 연결편(2)을 향해 대면하고 이 위치에서 유니언너트(4)에 의해 작용되는 접촉압력으로써 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접.
- 제3항에서 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조립시 플라스틱 파이프(1)의 회전방지를 위한 마찰감소요소(5)가 결합슬리브(3)의 결합부재(3b)와 유니언너트(4)의 환상쇼울더(4b)사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접.
- 제6항에 있어서, 마찰감소 요소가 느슨하게 접합된 플라스틱 미끄럼링(5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접.
- 제6항에 있어서, 마찰 감소 요소가 결합부재(3b)의 내부 말단면 및/또는 결합부재(3b)를 향해 대면하는 유니언너트(4)의 환상 쇼울더(4b) 표면에 접합된 플라스틱라이닝(lining)인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접.
- 제3항에서 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 보정부재(6)가 결합슬리브(3)의 결합부재(3b)와 유니언너트(4)의 환상쇼울더(4b) 사이에 배치되어 형태-탄성 및/또는 재료-탄성 복원력에 의해 냉·온수 유동이 변화됨에 따라 발생되어 누출을 가져오는 팽창을 상쇄시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접.
- 제3항에 있어서, 결합슬리브(3)의 이빨 형태의 고정부재가 결합슬리브(3)의 내부면에 위치하여 각을 진 나사(36) 형태를 하고, 그 피치방향은 바람직한 회전방향을 위해 상기 유니언너트(4)의 그것과 반대인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접.
- 제10항에 있어서, 각을 진 나사(36)가 나사축(A)과 직각으로 된 옆구리와 나사축(A)과 경사진 옆구리를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 연접.
- 플라스틱파이프(1)를 축방향으로 비이동성으로 고정시키기 위한 고정장치(13), 플라스틱파이프의 말단부를 고정시키고 구동슬리브(3)를 위치시키기 위한 정지자(25), 그리고 구동부재(27~31)가 작동될 때 압축링(26)이 고정된 플라스틱 파이프상에서 결합슬리브(3)를 밀어내도록 정지자(25)상에서 미끄럼안내되고 구동부재(27~31)에 결합된 압축링(26)들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제3항에서 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 파이프 연접의 조립장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 고정장치(13)가 고정다리(14) 및 추축운동이 가능한 고정-그립다리(15)를 갖고, 후자는 토글록(16)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제12 또는 13항에 있어서, 중앙 아버로 된 정지자(25)의 주위면에 미끄럼식으로 안내되는 압축링(26)이 력련크랭크(27~29)에 의해 추축운동 가능하게 장치된 작동레버(31)에 연결되어, 작동레버(31)가 작동될 때 아버상에서 압축링(26)이 미끄러져 추력크랭크(27~29)의 연장된 위치에서의 크기가 구동슬리브(3)를 플라스틱파이프(1)상에서 초과범위X만큼 밀어낼 만큼 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 고정장치(13)의 토글록(16)이 추력크랭크가 그 연장된 위치를 통과한 후 구동정지자(35)를 쳐서 결과적으로 토글록(16)을 개방시키고 플라스틱 파이프(1)를 해체시키도록 추력크랭크(27~29)의 운동선상에 놓여진 구동정지자(35)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.
- 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서, 작동레버(31)의 추축(30)이 편심기(34)와 결합되고, 상기 편심기(34)가 결합슬리브(3)가 플라스틱파이프(1)상에서 밀어내어진 후 정지자(25)를 예정된 범위만큼 플라스틱파이프의 돌출한 구멍내로 밀어내어 초기에 후자를 개방시키도록 편심기의 외부면에 상기 정지자(25)의 내부 말단면이 스프링력(33)에 의해 맞추어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
