Claims (10)

  1. 내부하우징(1), 하우징을 내부에서 진공실(3)과 작동실(4)로 나누는 피스톤 어셈블리(5), 입력로드(12)에 의하여 작동되는 분배 밸브장치(8)를 수납하는 관상 피스톤 허브(9), 가이드링(21)을 가지는 어셈블리(200)에 의하여 하우징(1)과 일체로 관상구조(22) 내부에서 밀봉되고 미끄러지게 안내되는 관상 허브(9), 외기로부터 작동실(4)을 격리시키는 미끄럼 밀봉을 포함하는 보조제동용 서어보모우터에 있어서; 서어보모우터가 관상허브(9) 위에 취부된 미끄럼 밀봉과 가이드링을 가지고, 관상구조가 돌출하도록 연장되어 있는 제1단부(26)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 보조제동용 서어보모우터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관상구조(22)가 하우징(1)의 중앙 관상위치(23)의 내부에 밀봉형태로 취부된 관상부(22)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 관상부(22)와 관상위치(23)가 상호 클림핑(24)에 의하여 서로 견고하게 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 어셈블리(200)가 가이드링(21)을 가지고 슬라이딩 밀봉(20)이 관상허브(9)의 자유단에 취부되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 분배 밸브장치(8)가 입력로드(12)에 연결된 밸브 플런저(11)와 관상허브(9)내에 형성된 2개의 공통중심의 밸브시트(17, 16)와 함께 선택적으로 협동하는 탄성 밸브부재(18)를 포함하고, 슬라이더 밀봉(20)이 밸브부재(18)의 환상 외부반에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 관상구조(22)가 제1단(26)의 반대쪽에 위치하고 입력로드(12)와 연결되는 한계부재(31)를 위한 고정구를 형성하는 제2단(37)을 가지는 것을 특징으로하는 서어보모우터.
  7. 제3항과 6항에 있어서, 제2단(37)이 하우징(1)의 중앙 관부위치(23) 외부쪽으로 연장되는 관상부(22)의 일단에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 한계부재(31)가 입력로드(12)에 미끄러질 수 있게 장착되어 있고 입력로드(12)의 쇼울더(34)와 함께 선택적으로 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 한계부재(31)가 입력로드(12)의 복귀스프링(30)을 지지하고 또한 가이드링(21)과 슬라이딩 밀봉(20)을 가지는 어셈블리(200)를 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 복귀스프링(30)이 또한 분배 밸브장치(8)의 밸브부재(18)와 함께 연결된 단면 도시된 지지부재(28)에 대하여 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서어보모우터.
