Claims (23)

  1. 둔부지지부분과 요부지지부분을 포함하는 인체공학적 지지체에 있어서, 상기 지지부분들 중의 최소한 하나는 내부부재(152 또는 154)와 외부부재(156 또는 158)를 갖는 제1셀부분(148 또는 150)을 갖고, 상기 내부부재는 상기 내부부재의 일부로부터 형성된 다수의 제1지지부재(110,110' 또는 130,132)를 포함하고, 상기 지지부재는 사람의 지지받는 부위에 대한 유연한 지지를 개별적 및 협동적으로 제공하게끔 서로 연결되고 그에따라 상기 지지부재는 상이한 인체위치에 대해 상기 지지받는 부위에 순응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1셀부분(148 또는 150)은 상기 요부지지부분을 포함하고, 그리고 상기 둔부지지 부분은 내부부재(152)와 외부부재(156)를 갖는 제2셀부분(148)을 포함하고, 상기 제2셀 부분의 내부부재는 상기 둔부지지부분을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(110,110' 또는 130,132)는 각각 후방면과 요부 또는 둔부지지 전방면을 갖고, 상기 전방면은 공동 참조평면으로부터 상이한 거리로 밖으로 연장되는 부분들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 제1지지부재(110,110')는 사람의 요부 부위에 대해 개별적 및 협동적으로 유연한 지지를 제공하게끔 제1및 제2열내에서 서로에 대해 이웃하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1열의 상기 이웃한 제1지지부재(110), 최소한 둘과 상기 제2열의 상기 이웃한 제1지지부재(110') 최소한 둘은 상기 요부지지 부분에 상이한 탄성도를 제공하게끔 상이한 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지부재(110,110')의 최소한 둘은 상기 요부지지 부분에 상이한 탄성도를 제공하게끔 상이한 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  7. 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 둔부지지 부분은 그 안에서 다수의 통로에 의해 상기 둔부지지 부분의 일부로부터 형성되는 다수의 유연한 지지부재(132)를 갖는 전방부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  8. 제1항 내지 5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 또한 상기 요부지지부분을 부착시키기 위한 부착수단(108,122)은 상기 둔부지지부분에 대해 이격된 관계로 되고, 상기 요부지지부분은 그 양단부에서 상기 제1지지부재(110,110')가 상이한 인체 위치에 대해 사람의 요부 부위에 순응하게끔 상기 부착 수단에 피봇하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  9. 둔부지지부분과 요부지지부분을 포함하는 인체공학적 지지체에 있어서, 상기 요부지지부분은 사람의 요부 부위에 대해 유연한 지지를 개별적 및 협동적으로 제공하게끔 서로 연결되는 다수의 제1지지부재(110,110')를 포함하고, 상기 제1지지부재(110,110') 각각은 후방면 (127,127')과 요부지지 전방면(126,126')을 갖고, 상기 전방면(126,126')은 상기 지지부재(110,110')가 상이한 인체 위치에 대해 사람의 요부 부위에 순응하도록 공동 참조 평면으로부터 변화하는 거리로 밖으로 연장되는 부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전방면(126,126')은 복합커어브 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 한쌍의 이웃한 제1지지부재(110,110')는 캔틸레버(113, 113')를 제공하게끔 이웃한 지지부재에 의해 하나의 공동단부(114,114')에서 서로 연결되고, 그리고 그들의 다른 공동단부(116,116')에서 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.

  16. 제9항 내지 12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 둘 이상의 이웃한 제1지지부재 (110,11')는 상이한 유연특성을 갖는 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  17. 요부지지부분과 둔부지지부분을 포함하는 인체공학적 지지체에 있어서, 상기 부분들 중 최소한 하나는 윤곽진 몸체 지지표면(126,126' 또는 141)을 갖는 제1비-평면부재(102 또는 104), 그리고 최소한 상기 비-평면 부재의 일부를 형성하는 다수의 제1지지부재(110,110' 또는 130,132)를 포함하고, 상기 지지부재(110,110 또는 130,132)는 상기 지지부재가 상이한 인체 위치에 대해 사람의 지지되는 부위에 순응하게끔 상기 지지되는 부위에 유연한 지지를 개별적 및 협동적으로 제공하도록 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.

  21. 제17항 또는 18항에 있어서, 상기 제1지지부재(110,110')중 최소한 둘 이상은 상기 요부지지부분에 변화하는 탄성 정도를 제공하게끔 상이한 단면적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  22. 제17항 또는 18항에 있어서, 최소한 둘 이상의 제1지지부재(110,110')는 상이한 형상으로 윤곽진 지지표면(126,126')을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
  23. 제17항 또는 18항에 있어서, 상기 부분들의 그 나머지는 윤곽진 인체 지지표면(141)을 갖는 제2비-평면부재(102), 그리고 다수의 상기 제2비-평면부재(102)로부터 형성된 다수의 제2지지부재(130,132)를 갖고, 상기 인체지지표면 (126,126',141)의 각각은 사람의 요부 및 둔부 부위에 대해 인체공학적 지지를 제공하게끔 복합커어브표면의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 인체공학적 지지체.
