Claims (1)
- 정백미를 개량, 석발, 정선, 수세한 후 40∼70도씨의 0.1∼1.5% 인산염 수용액에 45∼60분간 침지한 다음 직화 또는 고열 수증기로 15∼60분간 취반 후 Dl-α-토코페롤 0.1∼1.0%와 로즈마리 추출물 0.1∼1.0%중 적어도 하나와 HLB가 10∼20의 유화제 0.1∼1.0%로 된 운산액에 45∼90도씨에서 30∼90분간 침지한 다음 초기 100∼170도씨, 후기 60∼100도씨에서 20∼40분간씩 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 건조밥의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
