Claims (15)

  1. 하기의 산 또는 염을 수성 매체로부터 결정화하는 것으로 구성된, (5R)(Z)-6-(1-메틸-1,2,3-트리아졸-4-일-메틸렌)-페넴-3-카르복실산 또는 그 염의 정제 방법.
  2. 하기의 산 또는 염을 수성 매체로부터 결정화는 것으로 구성된, 분석학적으로 순수한 형태로 (5R)(Z)-6-(1-메틸-1,2,3-트리아졸-4-일-메틸렌)-페넴-3-카르복실산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 하기의 염을 수성매체로부터 결정화하는 것으로 구성된, 결정형으로 (5R)(Z)-6-(1-메틸-1,2,3-트리아졸-4-일-메틸렌)-페넴-3-카르복실산의 염을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 하기의 염을 수성 매체로부터 결정화하는 것으로 구성된, 수화물 형태로 (5R)(Z)-6-(1-메틸-1,2,3-트리아졸-4-일-메틸렌)-페넴-3-카르복실산의 염을 제조하는 방법.

  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수성 매체에 실질적으로 유기용매가 없는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 염이 알카리금속 또는 알카리토금속염인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 염이 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 마그네슘 또는 바륨염인 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 염이 제약학적으로 수용가능한 염인 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 염이 리튬염인 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 따라 제조된 화합물을 제약학적으로 수용가능한 담체와 혼합 또는 결하시키는 것으로 구성된 제약학적 조성물의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 이어서, 상기 화합물을 페니실린, 세팔로스포린 또는 β-락탐 항생제와 혼합 또는 결합시키는 방법.
