제4도는 제2실시예에 따라 제3도에 도시된 바와 같은 상면도.

Claims (7)

  1. 인쇄회로 기판상에 직접 설치될 수 있고, 절연 재질로 이루어진 트레이형 상부와 트레이형 하부를 갖춘 용접 밀폐된 부품 하우징을 제조하는 방법으로서 상기 상부와 하부가 서로 용접 밀폐되고 부품으로 인입되는 도전체가 하우징의 상부와 하부 사이에 설치되어 있는 상태에서의 용접 밀폐식 부품 하우징 제조방법에 있어서, 부품(2)에 연결된 인입 도전체(6)는 하우징의 상부(3)와 하부(4)의 연결면(5) 사이에서 길이방향으로 부분적으로 연장되도록 형성되고, 중간 인입 도전체(6)를 갖춘 하우징 부분(3),(4)은 하우징 부분이 밀봉될 때까지 환상도전체를 형성하도록 상호 연결된 개별 인입 도전체를 고주파수 필드에서 가열함으로써 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 밀폐식 부품 하우징 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인입 도전체(6)는 하우징 외부로 연장되는 인입 도전체(6)의 인접 단부(8)가 상호 연결되는 환상 도전체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 밀폐식 부품 하우징 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 인입 도전체(6)는 환상 도전체로서 하나로 제조되고, 인입 도전체(6)의 단부(8) 사이의 상호 연결부(9)는 하우징 부분(3),(4)의 합체후에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접밀폐식 부품 하우징 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 개별 인입 도전체(6)의 인접b단부(8)는 개별 접촉 링크에 의해 고주파 필드에서 가열하는 동안 상호 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 밀폐식 부품 하우징 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 연결하기 전에 적어도 하나의 연결면(5)은 저용해점 연결 재질로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 밀폐식 부품 하우징 제조방법.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 하우징 외부에 배치된 인입 도전체의 단부(8)는 이들 단부가 부품 하우징(1)을 인쇄 회로기판에 납땜하기에 적합하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용집 밀폐식 부품 하우징 제조방법.
  7. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 하우징(1)의 의부에 위치하는 인입 도전체(6)의 단부(8)는 이들 단부가 인쇄회로 기관의 구멍내에 들어가기에 적합하도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 밀폐시 부품 하우징 제조방법.
