Claims (2)

  1. 미립자 물질의 열처리 공정, 특히 양호하게는 다단식 사이크론 예열기, 원통형 로타리로 콘덴서 및 원통형 로타리로와 사이크론 예열기 사이에 형성된 로 배기 가스 도관을 사용하고, 로 배기 가스 도관을 통해 원통형 로타리 로의 배기 가스가 실질적으로 바닥으로부터 상부로 흐르고 물질측상에서 원통형 로타리 로의 하류에 연결된 콘덴서로부터 제 3 의 공기의 서로 다른 높이에서 배기 가스 도관으로 도입된 두 부분의 흐름들내의 추가 연료의 연소를 위해 공급되는 시멘트의 제조 공정에 있어서, 아정규조성 연소가 제 3 의 공기의 제 2 부분적인 흐름의 유입 이전에 성취되는 그러한 방식으로 제 3 의 공기의 낮은 부분적인 흐름에만 추가연료가 공급되고, 제 3 의 공기의 제 2 부분적인 흐름은 로 배기 가스 도관(5)의 상부에서 추가연료의 완전 연소를 일으키며, 처리될 물질은 추가 연료의 완전 연소가 정지된 후 제 3 의 공기의 제 2 부분적인 흐름 위에서 로 배기 가스 도관(5)에 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질의 열처리 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사이크론 예열기(2)의 마지막 단(2d)으로부터 나오는 예하소화된 물질은 추가 연료와 함께 충전된 제3의 공기의 부분적인 흐름보다 아래의 로 배기 가스 도관(5)의 하부로 역류로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자 물질의 열처리 공정.
