Claims (6)
- 자성체 및 그 자성체의 아래에 마련한 비자성의 밑바닥 막을 가진 자기 기록체에 있어서, 그 밑바닥 막은 0.05at%-10at%의 텅스텐, 14at%-30at%의 인, 및 나머지 부분이 니켈로 되는 합금으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록체.
- 비자성 기판, 그 기판위에 마련한 밑바닥 막, 그 밑바닥 위에 마련한 자성체막, 그 자성체 막위의 보호막을 가진 자기 기록체에 있어서, 그 밑바닥 막은 0.05at%-10at%의 텅스텐, 14at%-30at%의 인, 및 나머지 부분이 니켈로 되는 합금으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록체.
- 상기 합금 및 동, 아연, 은, 금, 파라즘, 로듐, 망간, 몰리부덴, 레늄, 크롬, 바나듐, 티타늄 및 붕소로 되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1원소를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자기 기록체.
- 상기 밑바닥 막이 0.1at%-5at%의 텅스텐, 14at%-30at%의 인, 및 나머지 부분이 니켈로 된 합금으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자기 기록체.
- 상기 밑바닥 막의 두께가 5-200μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 자기 기록체.
- 상기 밑바닥 막의 두께가 10-100μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제5항 기재의 자기 기록체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
