Claims (12)
- 원형질체를 pH가 5.2 이하인 액체 배지에서 배양함을 특징으로 하는 원형질체의 배양 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지의 pH가 3.5∼5.2인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배지의 pH가 4.0∼4.7인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지가 세포를 배양 하는데 사용하는 배지 25중량% 이상을 함유하는 조절 배지인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조절 배지가 80중량% 이상의 사용된 배지를 함유하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 조절배지에 함유된 사용된 배지에서 배양된 세포가 조절 배지에서 배양될 원형질체와 같은 종류인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원형질체가 벼의 원형질체인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 원형질체가 벼의 원형질체인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 벼가 오리자 사티바인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 벼가 오리자 사티바인 방법.
