Claims (12)

  1. 원형질체를 pH가 5.2 이하인 액체 배지에서 배양함을 특징으로 하는 원형질체의 배양 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배지의 pH가 3.5∼5.2인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 배지의 pH가 4.0∼4.7인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배지가 세포를 배양 하는데 사용하는 배지 25중량% 이상을 함유하는 조절 배지인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조절 배지가 80중량% 이상의 사용된 배지를 함유하는 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 조절배지에 함유된 사용된 배지에서 배양된 세포가 조절 배지에서 배양될 원형질체와 같은 종류인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 원형질체가 벼의 원형질체인 방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 원형질체가 벼의 원형질체인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 벼가 오리자 사티바인 방법.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 벼가 오리자 사티바인 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 배지가 그의 기본 배지로 R2, N6, B5 또는 MS 배지를 함유하는 방법.
