제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 마찰패드를 제조하는 제조 설비의 약시도이고,
제2도는 제1도의 제조설비에 의한 성형마찰패드 제조에 사용되는 성분들의 여러 조합을 예시하는 그래프이고,
제3도는 성형 마찰패드의 마찰계수를 프레스 경화 마찰패드와 비교해 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 보강섬유; 마찰조절제; 충진제; 페놀수지; 2염기 및 1염기 인산의 액상복염; 경화제 및 금속산화물로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 금속산화물은 상기 2염기 및 1염기 인산의 액상복염과 반응하여 발열로 상기 혼합물의 온도상승을 일으켜 경화제와 상기 페놀수지간의 반응을 촉진하며, 상기한 2염기 및 1염기인산의 반응한 액상복염과 페놀수지는 여타 성분들을 고정된 매트릭스내에 유지하는 결합제를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 2염기 및 1염기 인산의 액상복염은 전체조성물의 약 10 내지 35중량％를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물은 전체조성물의 약 5 내지 15중량％를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물은 상기 2염기 및 1염기 인산의 액상복염과 반응하여 혼합물의 pH를 산에서 염기로 변경시키고, 그리하여 상기 경화제가 상기 페놀수지와 반응하게 하여 상기 매트릭스가 형성되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 2염기 및 1염기 인산의 액상복염이 제동시의 발화 방지를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 충분한 점형(유동성)이 있어서 소망하는 형상의 몰드 내에 자유스럽게 유입한 뒤 상기 고정된 매트릭스가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물은 산화마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 조성물내 성분들간의 내부결합을 증진시키기 위한 계면활성제를 추가해서 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물은 산화마그네슘이고 상기 산화 마그네슘의 일부는 반응 후 유리상태로 남아 마찰조절제 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 재료용 조성물.
