Claims (3)
- 순수한 시스 유도체를 제조하는 경우에는 일반식(A)의 2,3-디페닐-치환된 γ-니트릴-에스테르의 순수한 에리트로 유도체를 30 내지 100℃에서 10 내지 80bar의 압력하에 수소화하거나 수수한 트란스 유도체를 제조하는 경우에는 일반식(A)의 2,3-디페닐-치환된 γ-니트릴-에스테르의 순수한 트레오유도체나 에리트로 유도체를 80 내지 180℃에서 80 내지 180bar의 압력하에 수소화시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(C)의 2,3-디페닐-치환된 γ-니트릴-에스테르의 폐한생성물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R은 수소, 약제학적으로 허용가능한 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속, 또는 C1-C4알킬그룹이고; 일반식(A)에서, X 및 Y는 동일하거나 상이하며, 수소, 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 페닐, 페닐-(C1-C4알킬) 또는 트리플루오로메틸그룹이고; 일반식(C)에서, X 및 Y는 동일하거나 상이하며 수소, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-C4알킬, 페닐, 페닐-(C1-C4알킬), C1-C4알콕시, 하이드록시, 아실옥시, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, C1-C4알킬설포닐 또는 디(C1-C4알킬)아미노 그룹이며; n은 X 및/또는 Y가 수소가 아닌 경우에 1 내지 3이다.
- 제1항에 있어서 출발물질인 2,3-디페닐-치환된 γ-니트릴-에스테르가 다음 구조식(Ⅰ) 내지 (Ⅷ)중의 하나인 방법.상기 식에서, R은 수소 약제학적으로 허용가능한 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속, 또는 C1-C4알킬그룹니다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폐환생성물이 다음 구조식(XI) 내지 (ⅩⅩⅥ)중의 하나인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
